Not first time mom but still nervous about sending my child. I usually pick schools that know, knew someone who attented the school or worked there. So I did a tour, Tour was good. Friendly, clean, sercurity as far as people walk in walk out I thought was good for the most part no complains. Had a little problem with enrollment about to enroll, nothing big that would stop me.. So asked to see the bathroom. It was clean for the most part but inside the toliet looked like it could use a good scrub, nothing horrifying. But I took a double look and the doors are half doors, and so asked and explained it had to be like that bc some kids are not self helped. What ever happend to teachers standing by the bathrooms if they needed help. I have never seen a halfdoor and the half door, most of it is glass to see in. This is what Turned me away to be honest. I have taught my kids from a young age body part and what not to show. so any tours scdh or not schd come in and and person can see my child useing the bathroom and all the little kids sitting on the floor or in centers can see straight in. This honestly was a deal breaker for me. like I said everyone was nice, clean, classrooms good, not to much stuff org. But I didnt like that anyone can walk in and see my child use the bathroom.

Bright Horizons at Tampa Palms is the first daycare we sent our 1 year old to and I couldn’t have asked for a better one! Ms. Olivia, the Health and Safety Director, is friendly, professional, and wonderful with the kids. The facility itself is clean and safe - lots of room inside and out for the kids to play and explore. Ms. Cristy, the Center Director, is easy to reach and spends time with the teachers and kids, which I really appreciate. I love that parents get pictures and updates throughout the day on the MyBrightDay app. My son is in the toddler room and his teachers are Ms. Brooks, Ms. Cathy, Ms. Lauren, and Ms. Christy. All wonderful! Watching him walk into the classroom, wash his hands, and sit down for breakfast in the morning, is so sweet. Occasionally, he does have hard drop-offs, but Ms. Brooks is always there to comfort him. I cannot recommend Bright Horizons more!

My daughter absolutely loves this facility. Ms Zayra, Ms. Jennifer, and Ms. Christy have really made us feel like family. As a first generation American being able to maintain my cultural identity while fitting in school was very difficult. I wanted better for my children and Bright Horizons is the place! They celebrate every holiday (irrespective of what religion it is based in) and encourage the children to learn about all the different faiths and cultures. But what truly brought it home for me is when they called my child's grandfather by the name she calls him "dadaji" and not just grandpa. That kind of thought and sensitivity to inclusion of other cultures is what sets apart this place from ALL the other daycares we interviewed. I can't recommend this place and all the lovely staff members enough! They are truly just above 5 stars!
