  I would highly recommend Osceola Memorial Gardens in St. Cloud! Mr. Tom, Mrs. Chrissy and Mrs. Nancy were so attentive, warm, comforting and treated you like a Family Memeber. Mr. Tom’s exact words “I’m not a salesman. I’m not here to up sell.” He ONLY truly cared what we needed. They truly went above and beyond what other funeral home would do. All our requests, needs, questions, were addressed. We didn’t have to wait for anything. Not only at the burial! I have to mention the gentleman who stayed with us the burial was absolutely warm hearted and caring. They made my Mom’s and our Dad’s funeral the most beautiful ever. Again, thank you so much.

  I just lost my husband this past month (July 24th) Michael Latore welcomed my four daughters and l with open arms.. he was great throughout this difficult times with us ... he was beyond accommodating.. He made things so much easy for us to do because they took care of everything which made it si much easy for me.. Christie at the office was soooo amazing when l called for any type of help.. and trust me she'd take care of it.. then there's my gurl Amy who always welcome you with that beautiful smile always willing to help...Dave!!! This tall dark and handsome man is there to help You in anything you need!. l realize the the reason they do their jobs so amazingly is because there's a family chemistry amongs them and the love shows... this is exactly what a grieving family needs to see.. lm a typical new Yorker l dont impress easy.. l dont warm up to people right away... needless to say... they captured my heart! I will be dropping by just to day hello from time to time!

  Osceola Memory Gardens helped me through some of the toughest months of my life. My father passed away in March, and then my mom passed in June. The staff helped me navigate every single step of the way. I cannot speak highly enough of them. It was a position I never thought I would find myself in, but they guided me with genuine compassion and thoughtfulness. They explained how everything worked, how my parents would be cared for, and how to go about filing all the paperwork. The viewings and ceremonies were beautiful, from the stunning flower arrangements to the caskets we chose. Tom was incredibly considerate and went the extra mile to make sure everything went without a hitch. Thank you again for all your help during this difficult time.
