  I recently visited a friend’s mother at Grand Villa. What a delightful surprise — a hidden gem in Sarasota. Amazing to be so close to downtown, with such lush tropical views. The staff were so professional and gracious showing me around. The units are modern, bright and airy. The residents I met were mostly long-time Sarasotans who seemed very happy to be there. I think my mother would love the downtown energy along with the beautiful setting. Can’t wait to bring her for a visit!

  We had a wonderful experience visiting Grand Villa in Sarasota. The building is beautifully bright and impeccable clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the back porch and screened lanai area, which we could imagine spending a lot of time on if we were to live there. The residents we saw seemed busy and friendly and we even met a few very cute dogs sunning themselves outside! The location downtown makes it so convenient for us to get to church and all the spots we currently enjoy.

  Was pleasantly surprised at the picturesque, tranquil surroundings yet an urban location with vibrant down town amenities minutes away..Found the community spotless with updated living spaces offering personal privacy yet an array of areas for interacting with friends and "neighbors" when desired.

  Loved the community! Great location, lovely apartments and very friendly residents. When my mom is ready to move Grand Villa will be on the very top of our list!
