  If you are looking for a special place for Mom or Dad in the Sarasota area, I highly recommend looking into Grand Villa of Sarasota. This is a wonderful convenient downtown location, beautifully remodeled common areas and apartments, with pretty views of Hudson Bayou. The community is large enough to offer a wide array of services, but also small enough to be intimate and treats everyone like family. Deb S. is especially attentive, welcoming and has great attention to detail ~ she leaves no stone unturned to make sure the transition process is smooth for everyone.

  I recently visited a friend’s mother at Grand Villa. What a delightful surprise — a hidden gem in Sarasota. Amazing to be so close to downtown, with such lush tropical views. The staff were so professional and gracious showing me around. The units are modern, bright and airy. The residents I met were mostly long-time Sarasotans who seemed very happy to be there. I think my mother would love the downtown energy along with the beautiful setting. Can’t wait to bring her for a visit!

  We had a wonderful experience visiting Grand Villa in Sarasota. The building is beautifully bright and impeccable clean, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. We especially loved the back porch and screened lanai area, which we could imagine spending a lot of time on if we were to live there. The residents we saw seemed busy and friendly and we even met a few very cute dogs sunning themselves outside! The location downtown makes it so convenient for us to get to church and all the spots we currently enjoy.
