  The care staff, front desk, managers and assistants are extremely helpful with any problems/concerns I have had with my sister in the Assisted Living side. They have been professional, compassionate, understanding, and supportive!

  I was so happy to find out that there was a spot in the grand villas.For my mother , it meets all of her needs as she is In assisted living. This place is fantastic. It's clean. It's neat Everyone is friendly from the staff to the other Individuals that live there. I was very impressed how they take the time and personal interest with my mother and everyone as an individual and not as altogether as one person. There are fun activities and my mom's favorite Ice Cream Socials. There culinary department "Food service is excellent as well as there Culinary Meals for the residents. My mother is happy and thriving and doing very well And I owe this all to Grand Villa! Thank you Grand Villa ❤️ Jeanette

  Our experience with Grand Villas of Port Charlotte has been, and continues to be, truly exceptional. When we began our search for assisted living, it was one of our first stops — and I was immediately wowed the moment I walked through the front entrance. The personal tour was wonderful, and every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and clearly dedicated to the residents. Watching the interactions between staff and residents was heartwarming; you can genuinely see the care, love, and respect they show every person who lives there. Our mom is truly thriving at Grand Villas, and it brings us so much comfort knowing she is safe, happy, and well cared for. She enjoys the activities, the wonderful meals, and we never have to worry about whether she’s receiving her medications. She’s surrounded by kind residents who have become real friends, and seeing her so content means everything to us.
