I used Osceola Memory Gardens in Poinciana for my husband’s cremation. They guided me through the entire process. Everyone was so kind. I especially appreciate the emails they send which give you tips about handling paperwork and finances. I found these very helpful. Highly recommend.

Our family has had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience with Osceola Memory Gardens Cemetery, Funeral Homes & Crematory. My wife’s sister and her sister’s husband are both buried there, and we expected professionalism, compassion, and basic communication from the staff responsible for their final resting place. Instead, what we encountered was the exact opposite.
We chose to use an outside headstone vendor because they offered better quality, more design options, and significantly better pricing than what Osceola provided. The vendor followed every specification required by Osceola and delivered the completed headstone on April 16th at 1:58 PM.
From that moment forward, everything fell apart — and entirely due to Osceola’s lack of professionalism.
Despite the installation fee being paid in full months in advance, we have received no confirmation of delivery and no scheduled installation date. Between my wife and myself, we have sent five emails directly to the manager, Adam Zalesny, and made multiple phone calls. As of May 13, 2026, we have received zero response. Not even a courtesy acknowledgment.
This level of disrespect, dismissiveness, and complete lack of accountability is unacceptable for any business — but it is especially appalling coming from a cemetery entrusted with the care of loved ones who have passed. Families deserve compassion, communication, and professionalism. Instead, Osceola has shown us indifference and neglect.
Their behavior has added unnecessary stress and emotional strain during an already painful time. No grieving family should have to chase down basic information or beg for updates on services that were fully paid for.
Osceola Memory Gardens has demonstrated that once they receive payment, their concern for the families they serve ends. I cannot recommend them, and I urge anyone considering their services to proceed with caution.

My family and I recently had to bury my father and we would like to thank the entire Poinciana team. Michael Latore, the funeral director, Karen (who I believe was a pall bearer) and Lauren treated us with the utmost care and respect. The utmost care in which they handled everything made a truly sad time all the much more bearable. Their attention to detail also touched us deeply. I cannot recommend them enough. You have our heartfelt thanks.
