  I would not recommend this KinderCare location to any parent considering childcare for their child. My daughter was truly miserable at this center. Almost every day during pickup, there was a new issue — cuts on her face, marks on her legs, and tantrums that she had never shown before attending this school. My child is an only child, so these behaviors were not things she learned at home or around other children regularly. My daughter also caught Hand, Foot, and Mouth Disease while attending this school. Before enrolling her here, I had never dealt with or even heard of that illness affecting children around us. It became very concerning to me how often children seemed exposed to sickness and unsanitary conditions within the center. Even at pickup time, it became obvious how uncomfortable she was there. She would run out of the classroom and would not even want to say goodbye to the staff. That alone spoke volumes to me as a parent. The center itself was also very concerning. It often smelled like dirty diapers were sitting out during pickup time, garbage would be left in classrooms, and the facility did not appear properly cleaned. The school is clearly understaffed and lacks properly trained teachers. There were days when I witnessed one teacher responsible for an extremely large group of children, and some mornings there would be one teacher trying to manage two classes completely alone. That is unacceptable for toddlers. I also have video evidence of a teacher recording children laying on a dirty play mat while two little boys ended up kissing instead of the teacher actively monitoring the children and preventing the situation from happening. That was very alarming to witness as a parent and showed a lack of supervision and professionalism in the classroom. Since leaving this center, my daughter is now attending a new school where she is surrounded by peaceful, happy, well-mannered children. She is learning, excited to go to school, and genuinely happy again. The difference has been night and day. If you are considering sending your child here, please do your research carefully. Just because the surrounding area is nice does not mean the childcare quality is good. In my opinion, this center seems more focused on accepting as many children as possible for tuition money rather than ensuring they have the staffing, training, and environment necessary to properly care for them. I paid my tuition on time every single week, but proper care and attention for the children should matter more than enrollment numbers.

  I absolutely loved this daycare. The classrooms are bright, colorful and age appropriate. You can find books everywhere. They're clean and tidy. You can walk in and hear the joy in the kids. The curriculum based education was fantastic! My daughter was constantly learning and I loved it. Constant updates via app. Pictures, videos sent, what food was ate, how much food, nap time and communication on diaper changes. I loved getting updates that my baby just had her diaper changed. I loved it. Every month a new calendar was made with different activities going on almost daily for the kids to dress up as or the school was participating in. Super hero day, pajama day, bubble day. I have so many good things to say about this daycare but in order to help out one family at least, I have to say.. It pains me very much to have anything negative to say about KinderCare. I drove well out of my way because I didn't like, agree with or care for how any of the daycares where ran around me especially in comparison! Bottom line- My child was sent to the emergency room with a dislocated elbow due to mishandling. In the same instance I was told, albeit truthfully, that my child was left unattended on the other side of the classroom. One teacher changing diapers while the other is doing dramatic play with the other children. Not watching my child, not having her join the rest of the class, alone. As a two year old, she can climb on those tables and far more damage could of been done. I, myself as a parent have stopped children from climbing up on the window ceils. Yes, I am fully aware that up until the ages of 5 and 6 their fragile bones are still growing. Nursemaids elbow is common. But this was not the case. She was yanked from running away from her diaper change. As a toddler will do. A full investigation was made and CPS got involved but because there are no cameras and my child cannot speak up for herself, this was a "He said-She said" case and I will have to go further up the chain of command into a rabbit hole. After the said incident, we all sat down and discussed a POA.. during that time my child did not tell us but SHOWED us (The Director, Vice Director and the said teacher) what happened. As soon as the teacher walked into the office with us, my child went from laughing and playing to silent and hiding. Pointing at the teacher and then her arm. Instead of putting the said teacher on a leave, suspension or letting her go because of "Zero tolerance" they continued to keep her inside the building and working with the other children. I very disappointingly had to remove my child due to concerns for her safety. As I stated above, I truly loved this daycare. From drop off to pick up. Even in the midst of covid. The connections that were made here are hard to find but my child's safety is of the utmost importance. **Parents- As this investigation was going on, I learned that you can actually find out if a school has had CPS involved before. Please, keep that in mind when hunting for the perfect place for your little ones! Much love but very much concern.

  I love picking up my granddaughter from this school. I know she is well taken and is learning so much. Misty loves her profession as a teacher.
