  Tracy Morton Memorial directed the funeral services for the loved one of a dear friend. Space limitation in the church's sanctuary necessitated an "overflow" area in the rear. Tracy and her team came into the 'overflow' room during the start of the order of service. With elevated voices, she and her staff commenced to talk and laugh throughout the entire service. At one point, they took "selfies", with Tracy getting up from her seat and going to get in the picture. The lack of reverence and respect shown to the deceased as well as those of us who were there to pay our respects, was very disappointing. On more than one occasion, a gentleman asked them to lower their voices. Even then, the talking did not cease. I have attended several funeral services directed by TMMC and thought that her handling of each was commendable. However, the lack of professionalism Tracy and her team displayed during what is a serene and solemn time, has left a negative indelible impression. I am hopeful that the poor behavior was an anomaly for TMMC, as I root for the company's continued success. However, careful attention should be paid to the standard of professionalism when performing their duties, no matter the surrounding.

  TRACY MORTON IS SO PROFFESIONAL SHE GAVE SUCH GREAT CARE TO PREPARING MY MOTHER AND ALLOWED ME TO BE SO INVOLED IN EVERY SINGLE DETAIL AND I THANK HER SO MUCH FOR HER STAFFS PROFESIONALISM AND ALWAYS KEEPING IN TOUCH SHE WAS ON POINT WITH TIMES AND HER FACILTY IS BEAUTIFUL I RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE IF YOU WANT GREATNESS FOR YOUR LOVED ONES AND WANT THEM TO BE TAKEN CARE OF WELL GO TO TRACEY MORTON PROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S FINEST.

  My father was recently laid to rest in Pensacola Florida. Our family is originally from Pensacola however, we are military and have been away for several years. We used Tracy Morton’s Memorial Chapel by recommendation. The facility is state of the art, however, the location and poor customer service left me wishing we made a different choice. The sheer lack of accountability and compassion exhibited by the staff during the planning of his services was unacceptable. Tracy Morton was unwilling to provide services until my father’s insurance policy paid out. Even though she had a copy of the policy and had contacted the insurance company. She was aware of the fact that the policy would pay out in ten days, however, insisted on being paid up front; after we paid for the services in full the lack of compassion and unprofessional lack of accountability continued. My father was embalmed in Kansas were he passed away. The releasing funeral home did not properly groom him before shipping his body. When asked about my father’s grooming Tracy Morton said “that’s not my fault”. I was not asking who was to blame I was simply inquiring about her ability to fix it. She became very defensive and immediately threw the releasing funeral home under the bus. Tracy Morton has a lot to learn about compassion, and professional responsibility if she wishes to build her reputation.
