- NDNico DelgadilloAug 6, 20241.0Please please STAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE from this "office", Derek is unprofessional and disrespectful. they will never answer the phone, they do not have a physical address and documents from USCIS will never arrive and case will be denied because of it. every good review must be fake . Derek and his employees will change once you have paid them, you will feel that you're bothering them when asking questions about your case. 1 star is a very high rating for this very poor poor experience we had with them.

Derek Corley, the administrator, he will say a bunch of lies to get you to sign the contract, and then he won’t even do half of what he has promised.
