I’ve been here twice now to donate items, and my first experience was much better than the second. The employee who helped me the first time was friendly and helpful, and he offered me a receipt for my donations. I declined, but I still appreciated him asking if I wanted a receipt. My second time visiting this location was not nearly as pleasant. The employee who “helped” me did not speak one word to me and did not help me remove heavy items from my car. He also didn’t even ask if I wanted a receipt for my donations. I didn’t necessarily need a receipt, but my understanding is that employees are supposed to at least offer a receipt. I handed him my items and he took them inside without saying a word and never came back out.

Easy drop off spot. Always friendly help to unload your donations here. Quick in and out on Route 100 heading west.
