  I recently visited the facility to complete a delivery and was disappointed by the overall customer experience. Reading through the reviews it makes sense on what in this case would be "judge a book by its cover". Upon entering the front location, there were more than six staff members standing there, yet not a single person offered a greeting, acknowledgment, or assistance. Instead, I was met with stares, creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. For an organization that regularly receives visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel, basic professionalism and courtesy should be expected. A simple greeting or acknowledgment goes a long way in creating a positive environment. Ironically, the security staff demonstrated far better customer service than the office personnel. Security was welcoming, professional, and provided the only positive interaction during my visit. Thank you. Overall, this was one of the most unwelcoming experiences I have had while making a delivery. Especially making a delivery to an establishment as such. Wow i was at awe at what I witnessed. The lack of courtesy and professionalism from multiple staff members left a poor impression and made me eager to leave the campus as quickly as possible. Support and put your money towards better establishments.

  My daughter LOVES it here! She calls it her second home. So many fantastic programs, the best staff, most fun counselors, and safe environment. My daughter is ALWAYS happy when I pick her up from here.

  Very disorganized center. Arrived to a room that was not set up at promised, told it was part of the rental. Filthy tables and chairs. Poorly stocked bathroom. Limited staff. If you're planning a function, think twice or get it all in writing.

  Unlike Mr Newman I don't believe that this center is causing global warming amd all of his green agenda. It's a great org great facilities with great plans and rates. As long as you don't believe the construction of new projects ruins the entire earth than I recommend. LOL yay tree huggers
