  I had a fantastic experience with Austin who deals with sales, I called up there to speak about new housing for my mom. He was absolutely fabulous with helping guide me into this location for her. When I arrived in person I was thrilled with the look and feel and all the staffs welcoming smilies and energy. If anyone’s looking for a new home for their family members I recommend speaking to Austin he will get the service you deserve!

  I was visiting Grand Villa the other day and they had an event going on for senior citizens day and it was so nice to see all the residents so happy and involved during it!! The staff was also so kind and welcoming as well!

  BEYOND OUR GREATEST EXPECTATION! Our family member has been helped in every way during a time of great distress and need. The staff is amazing - from the Director to nursing to every single person - everyone has been kind, accommodating, and they all actually like each other & definitely love the residents. The facility is nicely renovated and there's just a wonderful atmosphere. The Director & Nursing Director continuously followed up on our family member during a recent hospital stay.

  Grand Villa of Ormond Beach is the perfect place for my mother-in-law. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. Throughout the process of getting her settled in, we worked with Jean, Toni and Dawn and they were all so kind, compassionate and helpful. Every time we visit, we see how genuinely the staff cares about their residents and families, which gives us great peace of mind. We are very grateful for the excellent care and support she receives and feel it is the best place for her to be.
