I’m very happy with my experience at this daycare. The staff are caring, welcoming, and truly dedicated to making sure the children feel safe, loved, and supported. I especially want to recognize the director for being such a great leader and for always being supportive, approachable and understanding. I also really appreciate Kacie, the assistant director, for everything she does to help the daycare for always being there for the staff and families. The teachers are amazing and put so much care and effort into creating a positive environment for the children. You can tell that they genuinely care about the kids and want the best for them. Overall, I’m grateful to be part of such a wonderful daycare community. I highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a safe, caring, and positive place for their child!

I am so pleased with the care my son receives at KinderCare. Although there have been many transitions at the center, I believe these changes ultimately help us grow. Thankfully, children are resilient, and often we face these obstacles to weed out negativity and bring in positivity. Since Ms. Michelle arrived at the center, I have noticed a significant positive shift in the overall environment. Her welcoming demeanor and availability make a world of difference. She goes above and beyond by helping out in the classrooms whenever needed and is always there to answer any questions I may have. I also want to highlight Mrs. Jessica, who has been a solid foundation for the center. She knows the center like the back of her hand and is always readily available to help, whether it’s a family situation, assistance in a classroom, or acting as a sounding board. Throughout all the transitions, Mrs. Jessica continues to greet everyone with a smile and showers all the children with love as if they were her own. Both Ms. Michelle and Mrs. Jessica embrace fun family engagement activities, bringing everyone together and creating a strong sense of community. I truly appreciate their efforts and the positive impact they have made at the center. I highly recommend KinderCare to any parent looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their child!

We attempted the center for 5.8 years, but with change of leadership, high turnover of directors, I have seen 4 center directors, and 6 assistant directors they can't be consistent . All 3 of my children went to the center, they offer learning adventures which is a big waste of money. My oldest did them all, and the Spanish they ended as well as cooking they cook salads, and foods kids don't really want to eat . My oldest received a scar now permanent on his ankle from a bike another child ran into, his ankle and the teacher, didn't think,it was necessary to notify me . it is 6 inches long . My middle child, has a handicap and with only 2 children in the classroom another child pulled her chair out causing her to bang her chin on the table, receiving 6 stitches under her chin . They also banked funding from a government agency for her and didn't help her at all . My youngest is 2 and he grew up,at the center . In the infant's room, he has had his sippy cups stolen, he had his share of injuries at the center to the point he received stitches twice, came home with a gash the size of 2 golf balls on his forehead, and a few weeks ago he had a bump the size of his egg in the room, telling me he just bent down to get a magnet, while standing there . It was black and blue for an entire week . The new center, director doesn't care about anybody but herself. She owed me a replacement outfit letting my 2 year go to bed soaked in tomato sauce from head to toe, it took her 2 months and me mentioning to her boss again, it wasn't resolved . Today I,was given 2 shirts? Not to mention the fact his shorts were ruined too . Also 2 staff members yelled,at me. One of them a teacher about throwing a piece of hashbrown in the grass for the birds and the cook screamed at me about my oldest for being late for after school pickup . Other parents can call you names and yell at you in the parking lot of lobby and no consequences . Both the president and the vice president left the company this week . There is a reason . Plus their pricing is now $296/week while Primrose is $255/week,and many, other, centers within a 3-5 mile radius are from,$140-200/week . The building and playground are deceiving as they are nice . The best staff have come and gone . Karen, deserves credit where she has put her time in to make a difference at the center but she is transitioning to another center . I have tons more to go on about . Look twice about the program . They finally accepted MasterCard and visa payments but then secretly starting charging you a $6/week surcharge for monthly billing . I never signed a contract but they told me I knew of it . Also for summer camp, they give the kids so small or too large shirts to have as they don't order or care for your child's needs . They had a plaster house come with all kinds of characters for kids to paint and left school age and 2 year old to receive no characters but peace sign, my 2 year old would not pick,a peace sign over a Spiderman. It is the point they are concerned with the numbers rather the individuals . Nearly 6 years you come to terms with the truth. Risk management . Watch out and Best of Luck . Disappointed Mom

We have been associated with them for over 5 years now. My older one went there and now the younger one. They are like a second family to us. We know the teachers, manager and the entire staff and for them, we would not go anywhere else. They take so much pride in what they teach, , and how they stay connected with each and every kid and their parents. We love Ms Megan, Ms Nikki, Ms Shirley,Ms Jessica, Ms Jamie and Ms Nicole. Thank you all taking care of our kids like your very own.😊
