  I never thought I would be writing this but here I am. My kids were going to KinderCare for almost 4 years it was the first and only daycare they ever attended and everyone is so sweet my kids and I just love all the teachers and the directors. How ever up until last year stuff started going down hill. During summer there were multiple field trips cancelled because of the district leader. Now my other daughter who’s 4 can’t attend daycare due to a balance I owe which is understandable how ever I was told by the director she could still attend vpk hours because that’s a free 3-4 hours with her voucher just for me to be told a week later that the district leader decided that my child couldn’t attend event though it’s free which it unfair this is the only daycare my daughter has know now it just breaks my heart to have to take her out even tho again ITS FREE. I miss the way KinderCare use to be with a district leader who was actually understanding and worked with you.

  Thank you for always calling me with updates throughout the day of my child being open through this pandemic was a big plus I love the weekly events and different days of the week of activities that’s done with the kids keep up the good work you’re doing great.

  My daughter has been going here since she was 6 months (almost 7) and I wouldn't change her for anything. Her infant teacher Ms. Mari really has become part of the family because of how much love & care she has shown my daughter every single day. Even her new teachers now that she's in the Toddler Class update me everyday through the app, address any concerns I may have and it just gives me peace of mind. Every morning coming in EVERY staff member knows my daughters name and are quick to greet and help with anything which I love because it makes her so excited to be there! Even with this pandemic going on, they have remained open to be able to service us essential workers, & I am beyond grateful for them. They are taking all the precautions necessary to try and make sure that each kiddie coming in is as safe as they can be . Thank you to all the KinderCare staff working through this crazy time because without you doing your essential jobs, we wouldn't be able to do ours .
