  I have to say we are truly sad that our chapter is closing at KinderCare Oakleaf!! They have become more like family than a daycare center staff as they are very loving, genuine, compassionate, and willingness to listen and make us feel very welcome. The director, Turkan along with the assistant director, Ashley have been nothing short of AMAZING!!! Their leadership, passion, and the love they have for all of the children at the center is appreciated more than they'll probably ever know. My granddaughter has thrived, feels loved, and been taught so much by them as well as her teachers. I have to say everyone there is nothing short of amazing and I feel that Turkan and Ashley hire nothing but the absolute best teachers/staff. We will always be grateful to Turkan, Ashley, Katrina, Miss Liro, Issabelle, Jamie, and all the staff that I may be forgetting to mention for their kindness, dedication, support, genuine care, and most of all the patience they have!!! It takes special people to be able to do the jobs they all do and I have to say they are some of the most special people I know!!! If you are looking for a loving, nurturing, safe environment, where they will be loved as they are their very own this is the place for you.

  We’ve had such a wonderful experience at this daycare, and a huge part of that is Ashliegh! She is always kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the children and families. She listens to concerns, communicates clearly, and addresses issues with fairness and respect. I especially appreciate that she maintains a safe, respectful environment and isn’t afraid to enforce policies when needed. My daughter absolutely adores her and is always excited to see her. We’re so grateful for the care and support we’ve received, and I highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a place where their child will be loved and well cared for.

  I just came here to say 10/10 recommend this school to parents who wish to see their kids thrive. I enrolled my kids in KinderCare after my tour with Ms. Ashleigh. When we walked in she greeted all the kids by their name which let me know that she cares to have a relationship with the kids and families. She answered all my questions in great detail. As soon as we ended the tour me and my wife knew this is where our children belonged. With a busy work schedule it is hard to work with the kids at home however, after 6 months at school my daughter is thriving she can write her name she can name all colors and shapes she is potty trained and our son is a big fan of the summer camp program with all the activities and trips as a parent you feel guilty sending them to school so you can work but my son is amazed and we are grateful. Thank you so much Kinder care for your care and dedication to our children.

  KinderCare has truly become our second home! Since Mrs. Turkin became the Center Director and Ashleigh joined as the Assistant Director, the center has improved tremendously. Their leadership, dedication, and genuine care for the children and families have made such a positive difference. As a military family, we have felt incredibly supported throughout our journey. Mrs. Turkin and Ashleigh have gone above and beyond to ensure our family feels welcomed, valued, and cared for. The teachers and staff are exceptional, they create a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn and thrive. We are so grateful to be part of the KinderCare family and highly recommend this center to any family looking for quality childcare <3

  I am very disappointed with my recent experience at KinderCare with the front desk assistant. As a parent, I expect my concerns to be taken seriously, but that has not been my experience. The front desk assistant, Ashley, has consistently come across as rude, dismissive, and uninterested in listening when parents have questions or concerns. Customer service is a big part of creating a welcoming environment, and unfortunately, her attitude has made communication frustrating and uncomfortable. Parents deserve to feel heard and respected, especially when it comes to their children's care. I hope management addresses these concerns and works to improve the way families are treated. This isn’t the first time that parents have complained about her and it’s a disgrace to say that such a great school has her sitting at the front desk as the face of the company.
