Preplanning funeral arrangements is a difficult thing. But the staff at McLaughlin Twin Cities made everything so easy. They explained things clearly and we knew exactly what would happen at the time our loved one passed. Our love one passed much sooner than expected and having preplanned, we could focus on other things.

Mr. Jeffery Wilkinson made a difficult time easier…my mother in law died in Mississippi and her body was transported from ethereal to you. Planning across states is hard…but his calm demeanor was so nice.

Phil was very helpful in providing a breakdown of services and transporting my mother promptly between funeral homes. I also appreciated Kay for checking in with me during the following days after business was done. Very professional and caring funeral home.
