  The Blake is absolutely the best in the area in terms of resident lifestyle, top quality food and activities that are diverse and fun. I would recommend this facility to anyone considering assisted living or memory care!

  I spend a lot time at assisted living facilities all over. I can honestly say this is absolutely the best I have ever seen. It’s a gorgeous place and from the second you walk in the door you can tell it’s all about the people. It’s always immaculate, the grounds are gorgeous. The staff is welcoming and friendly and very attentive to the residents. Most importantly, you can tell the residents love it and are happy. I would not only be happy if my family lived there, I would like to live there too!!!

  UPDATED 7/15/26: Now that I have moved my mother out, I am getting bombarded with collection notices from Cox Communication. Outstanding balance of $212 and has my mother in collections at 85 yrs old. This is the cable box that was provided and owned by The Blake to the resident at move in. It was left in the room at move out as we were instructed to do. This matter has been brought to the attention of the director Susan and ZERO help. Same response from her, just a new issue. I feel sorry for the families with loved ones that have passed away in that place. I am sure they are grieving, get the notice and just pay it. Well I am aware my mother does not own it and I will not pay it. I will just report this place to the BBB for investigation. Families/buyer beware. I only wish I could give zero star review. My mother has lived at the facility for over 2 years now and when basic assistance care is need the leadership does nothing to make sure residents are taken care of by the staff. The excuse is your mother refused service. Residents at an assisted living facility are there because they need assistance. When staff say "they offered, but she said no" they think they are off the hook. When you pay extra beyond the base contract, you should get your moneys worth. They sell a great game of your loved one comes first, but only if your loved one makes noise to get attention. They should be ashamed of how they handle their residents and business. We will be pulling our mother out for a better facility.
