We were honestly a little hesitant at first because our son has never really loved traditional aftercare held at school, but Camp Champ has been a completely different experience. He actually gets upset about missing out if he has to skip a day, which says everything. He loves that the groups are smaller, and already knowing the teachers and friends from the schools after care program made the transition so easy. Every day he comes home talking about the crafts, games, Gaga Ball, and counting down to water day. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into making each day fun and engaging. As parents, we’re also incredibly grateful that Camp Champ runs all summer. So many camps in the area only last a week or two, which makes summer childcare really difficult to piece together. Camp Champ has been affordable, convenient, and a huge relief for our family. The only thing I wish is that camp was offered on Fridays too! We’ll absolutely be signing him up again next summer.
