  Both my husband and I found ourselves at Vi.after a series p of medical problems. We were very happy with our surroundings which were very clean anand comfortable and the nurses were always checking to make sure everything was ok. Every one smiled and greeted you. You felt safe. If you need care Vi is the place to go. Ruth K.: PS the food was great as well.

  Only been here at Vi Lakeside Village for two months and I love it! It was scary to make such a bold move (mainly bc I was on the young side at 68!) but I was by myself and tired of feeling isolated on my rural property in KY. You know, everyone has a different story, and the bottom line is this: when you’re ready to take the plunge, Vi is the place to be. I had visited about half a dozen CCRC’s before Vi. What I discovered was that the staff and residents were genuine, sincere people and it seemed to trickle down to the residents who were super-friendly and happy! You can be as busy and involved as you want to, and btw, the food is good, too!

  VI is a very nice place for my Mother, coming from another place that went down hill. We are very happy here, Shantelle the sales person is wonderful, the staff Is all great the place is well maintained and beautiful. If we have one small complaint it is you can’t take leftovers back to room from dinner. My skinny Mom can never finish her food and hates to waste and would eat for lunch next day. (It’s not a buffet. Which I would understand) But besides that love the place.

  I have been working with the Vi for a couple of years now and apart from it being one of the most beautiful communities I’ve ever photographed, it’s also a pleasure to work with their professional and positive team - always helpful and always smiling. Rose and Shantelle make the work process super smooth and I see it translate right over to the residents with the attention to detail. You’d never know there was any pressure on the room because Rose and Shantelle are handling it with confidence, composure and control. Thank you guys for making it a pleasure to work with you.
