  Staff is generally nice up front, but then gives me grief. They had a lot more reviews (not by me) and they have since been removed to show they are higher rates then what the truth is. A beautiful living facility, but the staff will fool you until they show there true colors. "How can I make your day" is the opening line when I call in and then they hang up on me while I'm being polite asking about my mother who lives there. I have so much I could say about this place, both good and bad.

  Can someone explain to me how a Memory Care facility, namely Keystone Place at Terra Bella can lose a resident when having them transported to a hospital? This makes no sense. Also, why did Keystone Place at Terra Bella not inform the Hospice care people until the evening that Mom fell around 3pm and went to the hospital for stitches?? Why can't we find out what ambulance company transported her and why was she taken to a hospital in Tampa instead of the one that she is usually taken to in Wesley Chapel, when this happens which is right near Keystone Place? Sorry, but I am just venting. This is just another of several incidents that we have experienced from this facilities bumbling inept management who never seem to take responsibilities for anything on their watch. 0 Comments.

  Wonderful place to live. Food is delicious. I recently had the best crab cakes I have ever eaten. Some of my favorites are stuffed shells, chicken Marsala, and flank steak. The food is restaurant quality. The person who said the food has gone downhill must not be eating in the same place as I am.
