- EEElliot E. Anderson III (EEA3)Jun 28, 20261.0I wish i could give zero stars! I can see why so many people have negative things to say about this Goodwill donation center. Yes, it was raining, but that's exactly when a donation center should still be prepared to accept donations during its posted hours. The employee who assisted me, Nelson, was disrespectful. His tone, the way he talked over me, and the sarcastic joke of "you decide to come when it was raining" came across as rude and unprofessional. Customer service shouldn't change because of the weather. I did all the work of unloading and bringing my donations into the building myself, so the interaction made the experience even more frustrating. I hope Nelson receives additional customer service training on how to greet and communicate respectfully with donors. Based on my experience, I would recommend driving to another Goodwill donation center if you have that option.
