  After my father’s recent passing, my mother stayed with my wife and I for 6 months but we knew that it was only temporary. We wanted to find a place where my mother would feel safe and give her the best opportunity to rediscover herself with her next phase of life. After doing thorough research, we came across Grand Living Park at Lake Mary and I’m so glad we did! From the moment my mother and I walked into this place, I knew this was going to be the place where she’d be happy and make new friends with a caring staff and all of the has come to fruition. This place has been fantastic from top to bottom!! Thank you so much for helping my mother get acclimated. She loves it there and that makes me happy! .

  I would like to thank Grand Living for the tremendous, good work they have done for Mom. I need to point out the 'above and beyond' work that Drew D. and Kayla S. have done for my family. My Mom has been going through some rapid changes over the past 6 months: Independent Living at Home, to Independent at Grand Living, to now Assisted at Grand Living. Drew and Kayla's ability to quickly pivot and help me realize these changes have made all the difference. Even more important, Mom is now thriving and I cannot express the piece of mind this gives me. I simply could not have done this without the Grand Living Team.

  Traci gave us an excellent tour and made the entire experience truly outstanding. What a beautiful establishment! She was incredibly detail-oriented and made sure everything was clearly explained. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, and nothing was ever left uncertain. More than that, she made me feel completely at ease—like she really understood how I was feeling and what I needed in the moment. She was super friendly, patient, and professional throughout. I really appreciated her kindness and the care she put into the tour. Thank you so much, Traci for such a wonderful experience!

  I moved into Grand Living at Lake Mary Florida about a month ago and was greeted by two of the loveliest and most helpful guides to my future in the smiles and words of Kayla Sargent and Andrew Destefano. The surroundings are just as they expressed to me with my temporary accommodations being beyond expectations. You are fortunate to have employees who express friendliness and understanding to an "old man" in a way that is not pacifying. Keep up the good hiring practices. !!

  Grand Living at Lake Mary has been amazing! They have helped us coordinate care for two loved ones - one in Assisted Living and one in Memory Care. They have made what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. The community itself is beautiful and feels more like a hotel than a senior living facility but what really makes it special is the staff. Everyone we've worked with - from the front desk to housekeeping to the care teams has been friendly, helpful & genuinely caring. A special shoutout to Kayla, who has been nothing short of an angel. She has answered what feels like a million questions, helped us through every step of the process and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is taken care of. Her kindness, patience and attention to detail have meant so much to our family. We're incredibly grateful for the care, support & peace of mind they've provided and would highly recommend Grand Living at Lake Mary to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.
