  After visiting Grand Living, we decided to relocate my mother there, and we could not be happier with our decision. Everything we were promised has truly been made a priority. The staff is wonderful—kind, compassionate, and always willing to help whenever needed. Recently, they allowed us to use the pool area so my mother could celebrate her 80th birthday outside with our entire family. The staff went out of their way to wish her a happy birthday and help make the day incredibly special. What means the most to our family is the care my mother receives every day. The aides who care for her, including the nighttime staff, have become almost like family to us because of the genuine kindness and compassion they show her. Grand Living follows through on what they promise and continually goes above and beyond to make my mother's experience exceptional. It gives our family tremendous peace of mind knowing she is in a safe, caring, and welcoming environment. I would highly recommend Grand Living to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be treated with kindness, dignity, and genuine care.

  My mom stayed at this community for a couple of months while my dad was in rehab, and we couldn't have been happier with the care she received. From the moment you walk through the doors, the community is beautiful, clean, and feels more like a resort than an assisted living facility. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always pleasant. Everyone went out of their way to make my mom feel comfortable and included. There were plenty of activities to keep her engaged, and she especially enjoyed the chair yoga classes. She also looked forward to every meal and always said the food was delicious. The nursing staff was exceptional. They were kind, attentive, and always on time with her medications and care, which gave our family great peace of mind. We are so grateful for the wonderful experience my mom had during her stay. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, caring, and engaging place for a loved one.

  After my father’s recent passing, my mother stayed with my wife and I for 6 months but we knew that it was only temporary. We wanted to find a place where my mother would feel safe and give her the best opportunity to rediscover herself with her next phase of life. After doing thorough research, we came across Grand Living Park at Lake Mary and I’m so glad we did! From the moment my mother and I walked into this place, I knew this was going to be the place where she’d be happy and make new friends with a caring staff and all of the has come to fruition. This place has been fantastic from top to bottom!! Thank you so much for helping my mother get acclimated. She loves it there and that makes me happy! .

  I would like to thank Grand Living for the tremendous, good work they have done for Mom. I need to point out the 'above and beyond' work that Drew D. and Kayla S. have done for my family. My Mom has been going through some rapid changes over the past 6 months: Independent Living at Home, to Independent at Grand Living, to now Assisted at Grand Living. Drew and Kayla's ability to quickly pivot and help me realize these changes have made all the difference. Even more important, Mom is now thriving and I cannot express the piece of mind this gives me. I simply could not have done this without the Grand Living Team.

  Traci gave us an excellent tour and made the entire experience truly outstanding. What a beautiful establishment! She was incredibly detail-oriented and made sure everything was clearly explained. She answered all of our questions thoroughly, and nothing was ever left uncertain. More than that, she made me feel completely at ease—like she really understood how I was feeling and what I needed in the moment. She was super friendly, patient, and professional throughout. I really appreciated her kindness and the care she put into the tour. Thank you so much, Traci for such a wonderful experience!
