  I am happy here and feel at home. Kind staff always willing to help. I made friends quickly and enjoy activities we do together. Chorus has been a fun activity for me.

  With all the things that are happening they are very positive.I think the service and the people here are just incredible. Liz and Morales are absolutely incredible with the way they set up the programs. Ray is the most incredible person and driver. The most important thing is my wife loves the activities. Happy wife happy life.

Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace consistently stands out as one of the most resident-focused communities we serve. What impresses me most is the collaboration between the community team, healthcare providers, residents, and families. Communication is timely, concerns are addressed proactively, and the staff genuinely advocate for the well-being of their residents. General Manager Jim Hooper has fostered a culture of love, hospitality, and doing the right thing. His visibility within the community and commitment to resident satisfaction are evident in every interaction. The leadership team is approachable, responsive, and dedicated to creating positive outcomes for residents. The nursing, caregiving, dining, maintenance, and active living teams work together exceptionally well, creating an environment where residents are supported not only physically, but socially and emotionally. As a healthcare professional, I am always confident referring individuals and families to Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace. The community demonstrates a genuine commitment to quality care, resident engagement, and partnership with healthcare providers.   I've toured several senior living communities, including some that were much more expensive, but my visit to Merrill Gardens at Solivita Marketplace with Heidi left a lasting impression on me. I had visited once before several years ago, but this time was different. The community looked wonderful. The recent updates, fresh paint, and beautifully maintained common areas made it feel bright, cheerful, and welcoming. It felt more like a place where people choose to live and enjoy life and not somewhere old folks get put. What impressed me most were the residents. Everywhere I looked, people were talking, laughing, and enjoying one another's company. Several residents took the time to speak with me, and every one of them had positive things to say about living there. Their happiness seemed genuine, and that meant a great deal to me. Heidi was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She made what can be a difficult and emotional process much easier. I haven't made my final decision yet, but I can honestly say that Merrill Gardens jumped over my previous top picks. It felt less like a place I have to go and more like a community I'm excited to join.

  2100+ mile move for my Step-Pa. Trust that he and I had much apprehension about assisted-living. We were impressed by the facility, friendly atmosphere, diverse activities calendar, the administrative team and auxiliary staff. Our spontaneous conversations with random residents and hearing their honest/positive opinions supported how we felt. Knowing we were not just looking at the now(step-pa independent) but the potential of needing more care in the future, Merrill Garden’s-Solivita checked our many boxes!! He is still adjusting but loves it!! I also enjoy the yummy chef prepared meals when I visit him.
