  Unprofessional and completely devoid of compassion Normally I would not write reviews, but my hope is this spares someone else the same experience. In the midst of my mother dying from very aggressive cancer, my family called ahead to explain our situation and schedule an appointment. We were trying to make an incredibly difficult time as simple as possible - pick out the urn, figure out what was needed from us, let hospice know the details. When my sister and I arrived on time, we were immediately greeted loudly by Fabiola with an annoyed and angry, 'WHY ARE YOU HERE?' When asked to adjust her tone after it still continuing, she denied it and did nothing to improve the situation. We kept trying to complete what was needed, but her behavior lacked any shred of empathy or even just basic customer service. We left and went to a different establishment that treated us kindly and respectfully. I hope no other grieving family has to endure this kind of treatment from Fabiola or this business.

  Simply the most caring compassionate, professional group. They handled our loved one with dignity and respect. We are very Grateful.
