Enrolled our son in a class that wasn’t full, pulled him out because the teacher did not engage with the kids, our son was completely bored with no constructive activities or learning. That would be fine, we would just pull him out after a day trial. But there is no trial, or cancel period - after a single day of class, we asked for a prorated refund and was charged an entire month at over $1,300 with a complete refusal to even offer a partial refund.

My son has only been attending 4 weeks and every week there is an indecent report which tells me the staff is either unable to protect my child from disarray or that they are allowing behaviors which should be curved or removed to continue happening. Either way it’s highly unacceptable and I would NOT recommend this location.
