  My baby girl started going to this daycare twice a week in May. The experience with the previous director was not the best. Shortly after that, Ms Quana took over and since then we are very happy. She makes sure that everything is communicated properly with parents. Her kindness encouraged me to sign up my kiddo full time here. I had couple of small concerns and she did not disregard them. Instead, she made improvements that were noticeable the very next day. Miss Amanda has been a great teacher. My kiddo has learned a lot and she keeps surprising me with new words every day. Since my little one has a sensitive skin, they make sure that she is changed very often. It is very easy to communicate with both, the teacher and the director. To whoever is a parent - you gotta admit we all get overwhelmed with our little ones running and screaming around from time to time. However, no matter how crazy busy Miss Amanda’s day is, she is always polite and soft spoken. I appreciate her taking care of my child 8-9 hours a day (Mon-Fri). The bad reviews are here because of the previous management. Trust me, I would not recommend this place if my child was not treated well.

  I used to love this location under Ms. Sherry, she and a few caregivers have made my sons transition into daycare a dream. Now that Quana has taken over as Director, my experience as a parent has become a nightmare. She has actively made each step in caring for my child unnecessarily tedious. There is no reasoning with her as she believes she is more qualified than she actually is so when you speak sense she will cut you off and dismiss you with nonsense. This location would be outstanding if it had better director. My family and I love the level of effort the caregivers provide our child with. I would not recommend unless you want to be harassed and provoked into an argument when trying to advocate for your child.

  Had to delete and repost my review because the previous director is gone and the new person Quana Register ruined my entire experience with this center. Very disrespectful, lack of accountability, unprofessional and dismissive.

  I recently toured this daycare for my daughter and had a really great experience. The staff was kind, welcoming, and patient, and the environment felt clean, safe, and organized. I could tell they genuinely care about the children and creating a positive atmosphere for them to learn and grow. -Chanley Hall

  I would not recommend this daycare to any parent who expects a safe, attentive, and professional environment for their child. One of my biggest concerns is how the children are physically handled. I have personally witnessed teachers being overly rough—aggressively wiping and handling children in a way that is completely unacceptable, especially for babies. It’s disturbing to see that level of frustration taken out on children who are too young to speak for themselves. Hygiene is a serious issue here. I observed a teacher wipe their nose with their hand and then immediately pick up a child without washing or sanitizing. On another occasion, I walked in to pick up my child—who does not use a pacifier at all—and had to physically remove another baby’s pacifier from her mouth. The very next day, during her first week of attending at just 6 months old, she was diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth disease. Since attending this daycare, my child has come home with a different illness almost every week. Supervision is clearly lacking. My child has come home with some type of incident every single day—scratches, bumps, and other injuries that could likely have been prevented with proper attention. This points to a serious lack of oversight and care. The staff behavior is also very unprofessional. Teachers are frequently on their phones instead of actively watching or engaging with the children. There have also been instances where my baby’s food was opened and then immediately thrown away simply because she didn’t want it at that moment, rather than saving it and trying again later. That is both wasteful and dismissive. Management is beyond disappointing. Sheena Robertson was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I brought up my concerns, she responded with a terrible attitude, used inappropriate language, and even went as far as threatening me. I have never experienced such disrespect from someone responsible for overseeing childcare. Overall, this daycare shows a lack of basic hygiene, proper supervision, professionalism, and respect. Between the frequent illnesses, safety concerns, staff behavior, and unacceptable management response, I strongly urge other parents to think twice before trusting this facility with their children.
