Sugarmill Manor is a family run assisted living and memory care community in Homosassa, Florida, on the Nature Coast. We provide assisted living for seniors who need daily support, and we accept the Florida Medicaid waiver, which makes quality care possible for families who worry they can't afford it. We're small by design. Our administrators and care team know every resident by name, and families hear from us directly when something changes instead of having to chase down answers.
