  This was my first experience looking for a safe place for my mother, but after speaking with Jonathan I felt assured I was making the right decision. He was very communicative and takes the opportunity to go the extra mile whenever possible. She is very happy at The Peninsula and it’s all thanks to their amazing team! Thank you all so much for peace of mind.

  My sister and I were in a pinch to find an assisted living accommodation for a relative. The Peninsula was recommended to us. Jonathan Herrera is the Sales Director and he was fantastic. He literally guided us through every step in the process, kept us focused and calm and turned what could have been an onerous process into a very successful conclusion. He was an unbelievably valuable resource and is also a kind and caring person. We were able to complete the entire process very quickly. The facility is perfect for our needs, the staff is very kind and helpful and the amenities ample. It all came together for us in our tight timeframe due to the commitment and welcoming attitude of Jonathan Herrera. He is a rock star!

And my most important big love goes to Jonathan Herrera! Corporate, local team, and the residents are blessed to have your smarts, passion and warmth in service to providing the best outcomes for caregivers and their loved ones. My pops is in good hands having moved in 2 weeks ago

  From the moment I spoke with Jonathan I knew the Peninsula was different.  There is a feeling of warmth, connection and honest interest in each person there.  I was impressed with how everyone from the nurses, receptionists, dining room staff and facilities staff knew the residents names.  And the residents knew their names. You can feel the active energy when you walk in.  People were engaged, talking to each other, taking walks outside and participating in the activities. I wasn't sure what my sister's needs would be so I looked at both memory care and assisted living.  Wow, what a difference.  In memory care there were 8 people around a table with someone playing bingo.  There were others at tables talking with the aides.  Nowhere did I see an aid on their phone, they were all interacting with the residents. My sister is so happy in the assisted living.  Her room is spacious and conveniently located. Another big surprise was how good the food is. Seriously, I've had a few meals there and they were delicious.  My sister who loves to bake and cook is delighted for now having three meals she doesn't need to prepare. I am relieved to know my sister is in good hands.  Even though it may be a temporary stay for her while she recovers she now sees the possibilities of a different way of living.

  Awesome culture, truly everyone we encountered that is a part of Mom's care team was incredibly friendly and caring. The activities are amazing in keeping the residents engaged and provide a purpose that they deserve to have. The clinical care team at all levels spoke to me and Mom and answered whatever questions we had and helped Mom with patience. I recommend the Peninsula and blessed that this is my Mom's new home. I can rest knowing there are people who give of themselves (not just a job) to make her and the other residents feel special!!
