Their staff and sales team do an outstanding job guiding families through what can often be a very emotional and overwhelming process. From the initial conversations through move-in and beyond, the team is attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to ensuring both residents and families feel supported every step of the way. A special thank you to Rosie and Antonieta, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stand out. Their dedication to helping families feel comfortable, informed, and supported during such an important transition is invaluable. The environment at Grand Villas East is warm, welcoming, and centered around dignity and quality of life for their residents. It is evident that the entire team truly cares about the people they serve, and that level of dedication makes all the difference.

  I’m not sure the experience could’ve been any better. From the staff to the facility and he’s to move my father in it went smoothly as predicted.

  A dedicated and very helpful, caring staff! My mom loves the attention she gets and I like knowing they care about her and for her daily. Comfort of home with all the conveniences. Highly recommend this particular Grand Villa of Delray Beach East!

  I recently moved my 90-year-old father into the Grand Villa of Delray East and I have to say his transition there has been miraculous, due in large part to the level of care that he's getting from Antonieta, the Executive Director, and her team. So you know this is a real review, I should mention that I've run into a few bumps (mostly with the consistency of services) but when I reached out to Antonieta (she told me I could call her or text her at any time) about a problem she would round up her staff and meet with me to address any concerns I had. Since moving in there, his quality of life has improved dramatically. He is eating well, making new friends, getting the right level of assistance, being administered the correct dosage of meds and getting structure around a daily schedule. I feel like it's a blessing having my father living there and I greatly appreciate Antonieta and her team. I also want to add the Chef makes amazing food. Fresh and full of taste. The meals he serves are better than most restaurants in Delray Beach.
