  Finding the right assisted living community for our parents is one of the hardest decisions a family can make, and we are incredibly grateful that we found Grand Villa of Delray East. My dad moved in first because of his Dementia, and from the very beginning, Antonieta, the Director, has been so kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure he felt comfortable and cared for. Now, 10 months later, my mom is joining him because she is not thriving at home, and we are so thankful to have a place where they can be together and supported. They have been married for 61 years! Every question has been answered with patience, and every concern has been met with compassion. The staff truly treat the residents like family. They are warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. Knowing that my parents are surrounded by people who genuinely care gives our family tremendous peace of mind. Dad enjoys the outdoor spaces where he can get fresh air, sun and listen to the calming fountains. Mom likes the bingo and saying hello to all the friends she has made. The food has also been outstanding—honestly better than any other assisted living community we’ve heard about. Kudos to the chef! My parents actually look forward to their meals, which has made such a positive difference in their daily lives. It is clear that everyone here takes pride in creating a welcoming, caring environment where residents are respected and valued. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for my parents to call home. Thank you to Antonieta and the entire team for the love, kindness, and dedication you show every day. We appreciate you more than words can express and highly recommend this community to any family looking for exceptional care for their loved ones.

  Beautiful accommodations, delicious food, dedicated staff and happy staff. Reasonably priced as well. Our family is very pleased with all of the above at Grand Villa Delray East and so is our mom!

  Mixed review ! Didn’t like the smell of Urine upon entering the building .Didnt smell clean ! Hope they step it up for the residence that live there .

  I would like to Thank Rosie Kortabani for her kindness and patience with helping us help our friends find there new home. She went above and beyond to help us with some difficult obstacles. I highly recommend Grand Villa East Delray.

  I had a wonderful experience at Grand Villa of Delray Beach. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely caring, always taking the time to make residents and visitors feel comfortable and supported.
