  This facility does not deserve even one star. It operates as a pure profit center with little regard for the well-being of its residents. From the moment we moved our loved one in, multiple residents warned us not to leave any valuables in the room because theft is common. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about the culture. Admin Keith Fedigan set what should have been an immediate red flag. When the two of us women arrived to tour or discuss care, he chose that moment to announce that he “voted for a woman president.” Politics have no place in a care facility, and the comment felt like an awkward attempt to bond simply because we were women. It was inappropriate and unnecessary. And sadly, we should have looked more into the behavior. After admission, our family member’s health deteriorated rapidly. In the first 30 days she was repeatedly hospitalized and sent to rehab, far more medical crises than she had experienced at home. She was a known fall risk, yet she suffered more falls in the first few months at this facility than she had living independently. Night staff were consistently rude, unreliable, and provided inadequate assistance. Day staff were only marginally better. Despite paying an additional $2,000 per month for higher levels of care, basic needs were routinely neglected. When staff refused to apply prescribed cream and showed no willingness to provide the hands-on help she required, the facility simply asked her to leave. There was no meaningful transition support or genuine concern for her welfare. If your loved one has any medical needs or is at risk for falls, look elsewhere. The extra care fees do not translate into actual care. This place prioritizes revenue over residents.

  Grand Villa is great place because everything is always being done for me. I like the food menus. I think the is great and good flavor. It is the place to be. I am glad I made the move to Grand Villa.
