Sica Hall Community Center

Sica Hall Community Center was constructed in 1976. The hall is named after Doctor Frank Sica, who died in 1973. The site is the location of the City's original water treatment plant and garage. Sica Hall is used for special events such as elections and public hearings. In addition, this building is designated as an emergency shelter. Sica Hall is available to be rented by the public for after­ hours or weekend events. All Reservations must be made at least 14 business days in advance due to staffing Reservations can only be made for events between 8AM and 10PM Only Wine and Champagne are allowed - No other alcohol Customer is responsible for cleaning up after event- if cleanup is required by staff the deposit will be forfeited
