  This past year Impact Health Sharing has been by my side during some unexpected medical events. In October of 2025 I had a knee injury and had to have an x-ray and then an MRI to determine what I was dealing with. The providers submitted my bills directly to Impact and Impact price negotiated them down on my behalf using referenced based pricing. My x-ray was reduced by 66% and my MRI was reduced by 89.6%...WOW!!! I also had to have emergency gallbladder surgery in March of this year and the hospital billed Impact directly. The original bill was $37,711, which the hospital initially offered me a cash price discount decreasing the bill to $19,232. I declined and said I will wait to see what Impact will do and they did what they do so well. They price negotiated my bill down to $10,359, an $8,873 difference from the cash price discount and 72.5% overall reduction from the original price!!! Because I had nearly met my annual PRA (deductible) from my other medical issues this year and from taking advantage of the Wellness Rewards Program , I only owed $1,358 on an original bill of $37,711. Because I was able to focus on healing and not have to be concerned with medical bills because I knew Impact would handle all the details of price negotiating for me and paying the providers quickly, I was able to get back on my feet quickly. I have also put their free 24/7 telehealth option to use a couple of times for a double ear infection with the MD prescribing meds to my local pharmacy and without any costs either time for the call or prescriptions. I am thankful that I was introduced to Impact a few years ago when I was looking for an affordable option. My husband was getting ready to retire and it was going to cost us $2,400 a MONTH for me to remain on his plan when he retired and that was delaying us in his retirement. I had been searching other options and nothing even came close to the pricing I have with Impact, along with the quality of service provided. Thank you Impact Health Sharing!!   My daughter uses Impact Health Sharing because she works part time and goes to college part time and our employer healthcare plans are not affordable- like Impact Health Sharing is. Plus since she’s not a full time student she doesn’t qualify for our employer plan anyway. I was very happy that my daughter took advantage of the teletherapy right away. Since it’s included in her plan we did not have to worry about out of pocket costs and to my surprise she said that she really enjoyed her teletherapy provider! That says a lot!

  Coming from the perspective of both a business owner and a health insurance agent, I am incredibly thankful for what Impact Health Sharing offers families and businesses. Thank you, Impact Health, for providing an affordable alternative to traditional healthcare coverage, regardless of income. Thank you for a whole-family responsibility amount rather than charging a separate amount for every medical incident. Thank you for negotiating medical bills and helping members navigate the healthcare system when those unexpected hiccups arise. Thank you for customer service that is there to help and guide us along the way. Thank you for creating incentives that actually encourage us to take care of ourselves—giving us more value and perks for things like maintaining a gym membership and taking vitamins. Thank you for not restricting us to a specific network of doctors, giving families more freedom and flexibility in choosing their care. And most importantly, thank you for providing an affordable option for families and businesses that may otherwise feel forced to go without healthcare coverage because of the continually rising cost of traditional insurance.

  Beware. We do not recommend this healthshare company. In the (year) we have been members, Impact has made every excuse, not to pay what they say they provide in service. We've literally paid a monthly fee for nothing. They will take a year to process a medical claim. I am worn out by their excuses. Noone likes being scammed. Thank God we did not have a health crisis.
