  Insanely happy with the growth and emotional development of our little guy in such short time. After meeting with Ms. Camila for our tour, we knew we found 'our place' - our experience has been an example of where promises become reality. We're forever thankful for and appreciate Ms. Rachel's patience and commitment during our first few months - she (and Ms. Lily) are WHY his maturation was immediately palpable (seriously) - and now we're so thankful Ms. Maria and Ms. Pauline are guiding our son through his next stage... their warm, caring, authentic personalities match perfectly with our son. Thank you to everyone at Bright Horizons :)

  My son has been at Bright Horizons for a few months now (he stayed home the first couple years, so this was a big transition for us too) and so far it’s been such a good experience. He started in Ms. Lacy’s room and she’s fantastic - patient, warm, really good with the kids. He’s about to move up to the 3 class in another building and we were a little anxious about it, so we were really relieved to find out Ms. Lacy is moving up to the same class with him. He’s also loves Ms. Alyssa, talks about her all the time. The teachers and staff here really do seem to care about the kids, not just going through the motions. After touring 5 or 6 daycares we are really glad we ended up here!

  If you have a child with special needs, especially a child with autism, I strongly recommend that you do not choose Bright Horizons Coconut Creek. My experience has been extremely disappointing. In my opinion, this school is not properly equipped to support children with autism or other developmental disabilities. Instead of providing the individualized care and attention these children need, I felt that my son's needs were repeatedly overlooked. Communication with parents has been poor, and I have serious concerns about how incidents are handled and documented. There have been occasions when my son came home with bruises, including a bump on his head, and I felt that my concerns were minimized instead of being taken seriously. I also believe the school focuses more on presenting a positive image than on providing quality care and support for children with special needs. Every child deserves to be safe, understood, and treated with respect. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Bright Horizons Coconut Creek to any family with a child who has autism or other special needs.

  If you’re looking for a new daycare center, this is the best place around! My son has been to three different bright horizons chains, and this one has by far been the very best. The entire staff is amazing, especially the infant room staff (Thais, Lisu, Anna and Valerie). Cherise, who runs the center, is also fantastic and does an amazing job of making the everyone feel welcome. 10/10 daycare!
