Susan, the funeral director, took such good care of us. She made an incredibly difficult process easy and was extremely helpful every step of the way. She even helped us find the perfect urn to place the cremated remains of both our mother and father together. On the day of the memorial, Justine was also amazing. She was so attentive and ensured that every single detail was perfectly attended to. Susan and Justine truly went above and beyond, even providing bubble wrap and a beautiful bag to ensure we could carry the urn home safely and with dignity.
