Our family relocated from Canada to Boca and I did not know where to start in the search for schools for my kids. KinderCare West Boca came highly recommended and I called and booked a day visit for my youngest daughter for our upcoming trip to Boca before we moved. When I first spoke to Takoya on the phone, she made the process very easy and made me feel comfortable about the decision to bring my daughter there for a day visit. While we were there, we were welcomed by all of the amazing staff and teachers and right away felt very comfortable. The day visit went really well and our daughter was excited to start VPK in August. We are blown away with everything that she has learnt in only two months, and the friendships she has made. She goes to school in the morning with a smile on her face and comes home happy. The facility is very clean, the teachers and the staff are amazing, friendly and very welcoming. I am very happy with our decision and highly recommend KinderCare West Boca to anyone and feel very good about the care that my daughter receives.

Hello, Our son was at Kindercare at this location since he was 3 months old until now. Kindercare has been so wonderful. We were not sure which daycare we should put him in when he was 3 months old and then we put him there and they have been so great. They helped keep him safe and had numerous activities that kept him engaged. He was comfortable and safe there and I would highly recommend this daycare to anyone. The staff was caring and it had a family feel.

I recently called this facility to inquire about care for my baby, as we are coming from out of state. I explained that we do not live in the state and was simply trying to get basic information about the school and the care they provide before making the trip. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with repeatedly told me to schedule a tour but would not provide any information about the school or answer my questions. As a parent, how am I supposed to feel comfortable leaving my baby in someone’s care when I can’t even get basic information about the facility over the phone? I understand that a tour is important, but as an out-of-state family, traveling for a tour without first being able to learn about the school, its policies, staffing, safety practices, and approach to infant care is not practical. The interaction was extremely frustrating and left me feeling dismissed rather than reassured. When it comes to choosing someone to care for my baby, I believe parents deserve to have their questions answered and feel comfortable and informed before taking the next step.

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Kindercare West Boca. My son has truly loved his time there and looks forward to going every day, which says everything as a parent. The teachers are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the kids growth and happiness. The school is also very accommodating and always willing to work with families, which makes such a difference. Directors Shevon and Takoya are truly the heart of the school their leadership, warmth, and dedication create such a positive and welcoming environment for both the children and parents. We are so grateful to be part of the Kindercare West Boca family!
