  I recently called this facility to inquire about care for my baby, as we are coming from out of state. I explained that we do not live in the state and was simply trying to get basic information about the school and the care they provide before making the trip. Unfortunately, the person I spoke with repeatedly told me to schedule a tour but would not provide any information about the school or answer my questions. As a parent, how am I supposed to feel comfortable leaving my baby in someone’s care when I can’t even get basic information about the facility over the phone? I understand that a tour is important, but as an out-of-state family, traveling for a tour without first being able to learn about the school, its policies, staffing, safety practices, and approach to infant care is not practical. The interaction was extremely frustrating and left me feeling dismissed rather than reassured. When it comes to choosing someone to care for my baby, I believe parents deserve to have their questions answered and feel comfortable and informed before taking the next step.

  We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Kindercare West Boca. My son has truly loved his time there and looks forward to going every day, which says everything as a parent. The teachers are incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the kids growth and happiness. The school is also very accommodating and always willing to work with families, which makes such a difference. Directors Shevon and Takoya are truly the heart of the school their leadership, warmth, and dedication create such a positive and welcoming environment for both the children and parents. We are so grateful to be part of the Kindercare West Boca family!

  I have visited at least 5 daycares for my granddaughter in boca. Storefronts, 1 large room with 4 dividers and overpriced exclusive daycare. At last I thought, I hit a winner. Each room for different ages with playground for each, dance and art instructors and competitively priced but we had to supply lunch. I soon learned most teachers did not stay long and the children suffered , especially my granddaughter. I had to pull my granddaughter out because she had potty issues and the daycare did not want to help with the problem. Kindercare some how never came up when I was searching for a daycare in Boca. We are elated with the care my granddaughter receives at West Kindercare. Starting with director and assist director they are actively involved with each and ever student. The teachers are caring and loving and most have been there 20+ years. Lunch and snack are provided and menu is diversified and good. I give them a ten. I want to thank everyone there from the bottom of my heart.

  West Boca KinderCare is fantastic. My husband and I moved our family to Boca a year and a half ago. We had enrolled our children in two other daycares before finding KinderCare. Our experiences at the other centers were disappointing. However, once we found KinderCare we knew it was the right place for our children. The director Dina is so accommodating and involved in the day to day workings of the school. The teachers are all caring, loving and passionate about their jobs. I know my kids are given love and attention every time they walk through those doors. I have to give a special shout out to the infant teachers Karla and Gigi for loving my little guy like their own and to the 3s teacher Coreen for her patience while helping my older son to grow and learn.
