  If I can give 0 stars I would. I think this place is horrible! Starting from when you get on the phone with the person in charge Francisco. First thing he says this place is too expensive as if they know your financial situation. He has done it not once but twice. They refused my Dad for skilled nursing without any explanation. But get this they charge $18000/ month and they want 2 years of your financials!

  The Vi is a big ripoff! You have to pay an entrance fee of $565,200 for a one bedroom apt., $872,700 for two bedrooms and $1,327,900 for a two bedroom + den unit before you can move in (prices as of 1/1/2026), plus exhorbitant monthly rent. There is also a monthly service fee which on a one bedroom, one bath will cost you $5,740, a one bedroom + den runs $6,090, a two bedroom with 2.5 baths is $6,990, and a two bedroom + den will run you $8,550 a month. This fee is for weekly housekeeping, a crummy (never hot) ONE MEAL a day, group transportation (which goes only to church or temple once a week, the grocery store, etc. on a certain day), use of their fitness facilities, and classes. What do you get for all this money? Nothing but a room with no furniture (you have to buy your own), one crummy meal a day. Food is always cold and the quality is poor. They claim they give you transportation. What a joke! Their idea of transportation is a ride on their old mini bus which they charge you for if you go someplace they don't go. It's expensive and they charge the residents by the mile. A nurse's aide is extra. A cleaning person is extra. There are no grounds to walk around on. Their small pool is indoors. The mall is a long way down the street. The staff is low budget like their activities. The Vi has people come there to speak like lawyers looking for business, store owners bringing clothes to sell, etc. The Vi doesn't have to pay them anything. The sales staff are a bunch of weasily liars. They also hire various residents to tell prospective tenants how great living at the Vi is. Save your money. There are newer, cheaper, and better places to live. And, if you desire to stay in your own home with a nurse's aide, it will be way less expensive then the Vi and more comfortable.

  Regarding the Skilled Nursing Facility: My relative was sent here for rehabilitation after a hospital stay to help her regain her mobility to be able to return home. While I must say, the physical therapists did do a great job. Yet the “skilled nursing” part of this treatment facility completely failed to manage my relatives health challenges to the point where she was unable to even do the physical therapy. This was a complete failure on the part of the facilities ability to properly monitor and treat common elderly health conditions. I would recommend proceeding with caution when considering this facility. Reply To Vladimir: If your concern is genuine, than its appreciated. Unfortunately, the damage has been done, and we have since left your facility for another. And reaching out to explain everything that was done (or not done for that matter) well…that would only contribute to the time that wasted there. The only reason I continued this review is for the hope that the next guest has a chance to receive the attention & care they deserve. With that said, If this review isn’t enough incentive for you to make the improvements needed..then I guess we know where we can start. Godspeed.
