  I wish I could give Vi at Aventura more than 5 stars. The level of service and hospitality is truly second to none. I have never experienced anything like it. Not even at some of the most luxurious five-star resorts or finest restaurants. What makes Vi so special is the incredible attention to detail and personalized care. At a recent special event during cocktail hour, I watched a staff member notice a guest enjoying a Beef Wellington appetizer and say, “A lovely glass of red wine would pair beautifully with that. May I bring you a glass?” It was such a thoughtful gesture and perfectly captured the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality that defines this community. Every team member goes out of their way to make residents and guests feel valued and cared for. Vi at Aventura checks every box for luxury senior living and sets a standard of excellence that is difficult to match. I cannot recommend them enough!

  My wife and I are writing to express our deepest gratitude for and recognition of the extraordinary support that we have received from Ryan Knisely, Executive Sales Manager at Vi Aventura. He and his team have proved to be invaluable during our search for the perfect senior lifestyle community. Anticipating the sale of our Florida home and transitioning to this next phase of our life journey naturally filled us with uncertainty and anxiety. We approached Vi Aventura with a myriad of unanswered questions, and honestly, many questions we did not even know we should be asking. From our very first interaction, Ryan completely changed our perspective. His patience, deep expertise, and genuine care turned our anxieties into unbridled enthusiasm and anticipation. He took the time to understand our needs, address our unspoken concerns, and guided us seamlessly through the entire selection process. His thoughtful introductions provided a portal of access to not only a welcoming staff, but also the engaging residents of VI Aventura.   I've lived in Miami for 7 years and I've never encountered a more ignorant security service. I am a laureate of international competitions for outstanding sopranos. I perform at the best concert venues in the world. No one has ever insulted me, as your Security is at the entrance. And when I made a complaint to the male administrator, he behaved even more rudely. Perhaps he is related to Security and is simply covering for them. Also, your security team does not have name tags and they refused to give their names. This is an extremely aggressive and unfriendly security service. Please explain to me why such aggressive people work in your security service? And then, the following day, I received a call from an unknown number—on behalf of the administration—informing me that I was no longer permitted to enter the building. Could you please explain why security is engaging in such unpleasant behavior? Please explain to me why your security service uses visitors' data?

  VI at Aventura feels less like a senior living community and more like a beautifully run boutique hotel where everything just happens to work exactly right. From the moment you walk in, there is this immediate sense of elegance—light-filled spaces, spotless common areas, and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and genuinely warm. The social life is incredibly vibrant, with residents who are clearly engaged, active, and actually enjoying themselves rather than just passing time. Overall, it is one of those rare and magical places where comfort, style, and a real sense of community all come together in a way that feels almost effortless.

  Vi at Aventura, a luxury Continuing Care Retirement Community, offers independent living, assited living, memory care, and skilled nursing/rehabilitation onsite allowing residents to age in place. Vi in my openion truly redefines what it means to enjoy retirement with comfort, dignity, and joy. From the moment you walk through the doors, you’re greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of community. The staff go above and beyond—not just meeting needs, but anticipating them—making residents feel valued and cared for every single day. The apartments are thoughtfully designed with seniors in mind: spacious layouts, safety features, and plenty of natural light. Common areas are vibrant and inviting, perfect for socializing, reading, or enjoying a cup of coffee with friends. The dining experience is a highlight—nutritious, flavorful meals served in a restaurant-style setting, with options to suit different dietary needs. What truly sets Vi apart from other Senior Communities is its activity calendar. From art workshops and fitness classes to movie nights and local outings, there’s always something to look forward to. It’s clear that the goal here isn’t just to provide a place to live, but a place to thrive.
