  Lori at Grand Villa showed me around in style, beginning with an awesome welcome party for a new resident. My sister used to live here a long time ago. They've got good people, with big hearts, who care for their residents.

  I recently came in to see about volunteering. Was instantly greeted by the receptionist (I didn’t catch her name). Met with the AL Activities coordinator and she was very pleasant. Looking forward to volunteering soon.

  This place has SCABIES and gave it to my family member!!! This place made my family so uncomfortable, blamed us for bruises and scabies, I repeat this facility has scabies! The staff are only nice when you are around, I have caught them, screaming yelling and grabbing absolutely inappropriate. We are hiring a lawyer look somewhere else!

  I cannot say enough good things about Grand Villa Altamonte Springs, and I specifically want to give a massive shoutout to Marshall and Nick. We were navigating an incredibly stressful family medical emergency, and their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond made a world of difference. They treated my dad with such dignity and care during a really chaotic time for our family. If you are looking for a community with a staff that genuinely cares about the people they help, this is it. Thank you so much, Marshall and Nick!
