  I recently had the opportunity to tour Grand Villa Senior Living Community, and I was truly impressed. The staff was absolutely amazing, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. What stood out most was seeing firsthand the genuine interactions between the staff and residents—it was clear that everyone is treated with kindness and compassion. The community itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and has such a warm, home-like feel. Everywhere I looked, residents and staff seemed genuinely happy to be there. Grand Villa has created an environment that feels both caring and comforting, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for assisted living or memory care to take a tour and see it for themselves.

  Beautiful community with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The residents seemed happy and well cared for, and the team was friendly, professional, and clearly dedicated to providing excellent service. It was a pleasure visiting and learning more about the community.

  Recognition and Appreciation for Lori Robb My family and I recently visited Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs for an initial tour of the Memory Care unit as we explored options for my father, who is living with dementia and he is currently at another local memory care facility. During our visit, we shared with Lori my dad’s story and the journey our family has experienced as we have witnessed the progression of his condition. What stood out most to us was the empathy, compassion, and genuine concern demonstrated by Lori Robb. It was evident that she truly cares about residents and their families and has a passion for caring for people. Lori went far beyond simply showing us the facility. She was warm, patient, easy to talk to, and took the time to answer our questions and explain the program in a way that made us feel comfortable and informed. Loti’s kindness, professionalism, and dedication made a lasting impression on our family. In addition to Lori’s outstanding support, we were very impressed by the noticeable high standards of care and attention provided to the residents. The cleanliness of the facility, the professionalism displayed by the Resident Specialists and Medical Technicians, the way we observed staff interacting with residents, and the security measures in place all reflected a culture of dignity, compassion, and excellence. Lori’s clear and thorough presentation of the Memory Care program, combined with the quality we witnessed throughout the facility, made the decision an easy one for our family. As a result, we have chosen to move my father from his current Memory Care community to Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs and have initiated the paperwork to begin the transition. Thank you, Lori, for your time, explanations, guidance, and support. Please continue providing the same level of compassion and care to the many families who come through your doors seeking help for their loved ones. Your passion for serving others and your commitment to excellence are truly appreciated.   Choosing a memory care facility is an incredibly difficult decision, but my mom’s first week at Grand Villa has been very reassuring. Because it has only been a short time, we are still navigating the transition, but the onboarding process itself was seamless and highly professional. The staff has been welcoming and, for the most part, very attentive to my mother's daily needs as she gets acclimated. We know adjusting takes time, but the care and communication we’ve witnessed this week give us great hope for her long-term well-being here.
