  Mrs. Nicole in the infant room is so amazing. She plans such fun and creative activities for the infants and I love how much she sends on the app so we can see what he is up to. I can tell she really cares about my son and that means the world to me. Im very grateful to be able to feel that he is in good hands when we drop him off - I hope she never leaves!!!

  I want to give a HUGE shout-out to some truly amazing teachers who have made such a positive difference in my son’s experience at daycare. ❤️ First, a huge shout-out to Miss Grace for being so supportive of my son, Noah. Her patience, support, guidance, and care mean so much to us. When doing Learning Adventures with Noah, we saw such a difference in him. He has gotten better at practicing his letter sounds and recognizing his letters, and I truly believe the support and encouragement she gives him have played a big part in that. The support she gives ALL of the kids is unbelievable. You can truly see how much she cares and the passion she has for teaching and helping children learn and grow. Now that she is the new Assistant Director, we are more than happy and excited to see her in this new role. We know she will continue to make such a positive impact. She is truly one of the best of the best, and they are so lucky to have her! A huge shout-out to Miss Sam for always having so much patience with my son ❤️, especially during the times when he was having a rough day or a hard time calming down. She was there for him through every part of the way. Her patience, understanding, and willingness to support him mean so much to our family. Knowing that he has someone there who cares enough to help him through those difficult moments is something we will always appreciate. A huge shout-out to Miss Nichole for taking over the infant room. The care, love, and smiles she gives the babies are so special. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about every child. Another huge shout-out to Miss Kim for always making sure the kiddos are smiling and happy. The connections she builds with the children are so special, and the love and care she shows all of them does not go unnoticed. And a HUGE shout-out to Miss Debbie for everything she does with the Pre-K kids. She shows them that school is not just about learning—it’s about growing, reaching milestones, building confidence, and preparing for kindergarten. The reading they do every day is amazing! My son ❤️ loves to read, and I truly believe having that daily group reading time has played such a big part in building his love for books and learning. Seeing how excited my son is to go to school and learn every day means the world to us as parents. We are so thankful for all the teachers who love, support, encourage, and believe in our children. ❤️ Thank you all for everything you do! You are appreciated more than you know! 🥰

  As the parent of two children who attended this KinderCare, I enrolled them expecting a safe, nurturing, and well-managed environment. Unfortunately, after our experience, I cannot recommend this center. I want to begin by saying that there were several teachers who genuinely cared about my children and treated them with kindness. They worked hard every day, and I truly appreciate the care they provided. My concerns are not with those teachers—they are with the leadership, communication, and overall management of the center. The most concerning experience involved my preschool-aged child. Another child of the opposite sex entered the bathroom while my child was inside and touched her inappropriately. What was most upsetting was that I was never contacted by management about the incident. I only learned it had happened because a teacher mentioned it in passing during pickup. As a parent, I should never have to find out about an incident involving my child that way. After learning what had happened, I repeatedly contacted management seeking answers and requested an incident report. I also sent secure messages through the KinderCare app because I felt my concerns were not being taken seriously. It took multiple follow-ups before I finally received documentation of the incident. Having to repeatedly ask for an incident report after an event involving my child was incredibly frustrating and left me with very little confidence in the center’s communication and accountability. Throughout our time at the center, there was constant turnover among classroom staff. It was difficult to keep up with who was caring for my children because teachers seemed to come and go so frequently. Young children thrive on consistency, and the revolving door of staff made it difficult to build lasting relationships and confidence in the care being provided. I also experienced repeated issues with personal belongings and supplies going missing. Items that I purchased and sent with my children would disappear without explanation, requiring me to replace them multiple times. There were also concerns regarding my infant’s daily care. On more than one occasion, the water I had sent with my child was not made available as it should have been. While this may seem like a small issue on its own, it contributed to a pattern that made me question the consistency of care and attention to detail. Communication from leadership was one of my biggest frustrations. I often felt that concerns required repeated follow-up before receiving a response or resolution. Instead of feeling like my concerns were being taken seriously from the beginning, I frequently found myself having to advocate persistently just to receive answers or documentation. Choosing child care is one of the biggest decisions a parent makes, and it requires an incredible amount of trust. Unfortunately, after multiple experiences involving poor communication, delayed documentation of a serious incident, frequent staff turnover, missing belongings, and inconsistent attention to my children’s daily needs, I no longer had confidence that this center was the right place for my family. I sincerely hope KinderCare takes this feedback seriously and improves communication, accountability, and transparency. Parents deserve prompt notification of incidents involving their children, timely documentation when incidents occur, and confidence that concerns will be addressed without having to repeatedly follow up.

  We have been sending our now two and a half year old son to KinderCare since he was 8 weeks old. Our son loves his teachers and loves going to school every day. As a result, mom and dad couldn't be happier!

  This Daycare have been nothing less than awesome! The Center Management team Laura and Heather are amazing and I wouldn’t ask for any other duo, they work perfect together!!! The Teachers are very friendly creative and continuously keep myself and my wife up to date on lesson plans, we are glad to be apart of the KinderCare family. My son has been apart of this center since birth and have learned so many things in the most unique way. When I go to drop him off it feels like he’s being dropped off to a close relative and it’s hard to find a daycare with that sense of security. This place to me and I’m sure as well to others is highly recommended !
