This is the worst day care ever for my daughter .
My daughter stayed at this daycare for less than eight months, and she left with four stitches in her eyebrow. The teacher also pulled her hand so hard that her wrist was dislocated and her arm was sprained.
My daughter fell at the daycare, and her eyebrow was completely cut open and bleeding. When they first called me, they said, 'Hello, My daughter has a small scratch on her eyebrow, we put an ice pack on it, and she is fineAfter that, they called me again after 15 minutes and said, 'Come quickly, your daughter is bleeding.' I went and found my daughter's eyebrow cut open, drenched in her own blood. They had the insurance number and everything, but they didn't call the insurance or the ambulance. I came, took my daughter who was covered in blood, rushed her to the ER, and she got four stitches in her eyebrow.
When I went to the daycare and asked what happened to my daughter, they told me, 'Your daughter fell on some furniture and her eyebrow was cut open.' When I asked them to show me the video so I could see it, they said, 'You cannot see it, this is our policy. Send an email and we will send it to your email.'
About more than 6 months have passed since this happened, and until now, I haven't seen the email and they haven't sent it. I didn't hire a lawyer and said 'it's just an accident,' and I brought my daughter back to the daycare again.
A few months later, they called me saying, 'Come quickly, something happened to your daughter!' When I went to the daycare, I discovered that the teacher pulled her hand so hard that she dislocated her bone. I took her to the emergency room, and I called the ambulance and the police for them. The police made a report.
When I came again to ask for the video, they refused to show it to me. They told me, 'Send another email because this is the policy,' and they called the police on me just so I wouldn't see what happened to my daughter. One more thing: in the past six months, my daughter fractured both of her arms. I've told them repeatedly to look after her and take better care of her so she doesn't fall again and get hurt."
Even though I told them to take care of my daughter so she doesn't fall again, the teacher grabbed her hand and pulled it so stupidly. My daughter was pulling her hand back to let go, but the teacher kept holding her hand until my daughter's arm got dislocated.
And there is a picture below I will show you, in the exact same room where my daughter fell and got four stitches, the teacher left her on the edge of the slide and even took a picture of her while she was about to fall. This is the same room where my daughter fell and got the stitches."
