This is our second KinderCare center, and I can say with confidence that not all centers are the same. The difference between the two centers was immediately apparent, with City Ridge coming out on top.
From the top down, I could tell this center was extremely well organized and made sure my child had a wonderful day every day. All the teachers, not just his own, learned my child's name and would greet him with the same enthusiasm every day. His "personal" teachers got to know him on a personal level, and any time I had a question about his behavior, they were ready with an answer — which let me know they weren't just looking after him, but really took the time to get to know and care for him.
Everyone I've met at the center has been very generous with their time, and in a place where 50+ children are running around at any given time, the center never seemed chaotic. The classrooms were also very tidy and are cleaned everyday. Not just "picked-up" but thoroughly mopped everyday. (saw this first hand)
A huge shout-out to the leadership of this center, as organization and attention to detail comes from the top. I never once felt any trepidation leaving the care of my LO in the hands of the staff here and would recommend this center to anyone looking.

I over hear the workers talking to people kids any kind of way. When I’m on the city ridge play ground and the kids are on the other side of the gate on the Kinder care play ground, they are not patient at all. Talking to these babies any kind of way. They are not good under stress. They take their frustrations out on the kids. It’s sad!

First off thank you for the tour, I really love how outgoing your staff were and helpful. The selling points, now I will say for an infant I am not as much concerned, but the two and three year old play area I pictured a big more things to do, kind of something that was offered for the younger ones. No, they just seem to have water play tables and areas to sit on. Now, they did say they bring out activities for them. After my 2 year old demonstrated that she will climb I am just overall floored that there is not more padding or reassurance for parents the children are safe and that will not happen. I am turning this school down based on this. However, they made some really good selling points:
They provide diapers and wipes for some children depending on your preferred method of use. They provide baby food, and so forth. They also give meals. If they had no tables for my 2 year old especially to climb on and possibly fall onto the concrete I might have felt a little more inclined. With active 2 and 3 year old it really makes me worry. Call me a helicopter mom but I am very protected over all my children as they are all I got.
My child has been enrolled at City Ridge KinderCare for several months now. As a first-time parent, I have felt so supported and welcomed by the community. I feel like I have a village of people who know and care about my child, and want to see my child thrive. From navigating dietary restrictions to developmental milestones to new parent questions, I have so appreciated the City Ridge team’s kindness and attentiveness. My child is visibly excited to go to “school” every day, and benefits from the physical, mental, and social stimulation afforded at KinderCare. Our family is so grateful for this community!
