  We highly recommend this Bright Horizons to any family looking for a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for their children. It’s never easy leaving your kids to go to work, but this daycare gives us so much peace of mind knowing our children are safe, happy, and engaged throughout the day. The teachers are incredibly caring and create such a fun, positive environment that our kids genuinely love. The staff is organized, communicative, and very engaged with parents, which makes a huge difference. They really take the time to build relationships with families, and it shows in the thoughtful care they provide every day.

  When my mother who normally cares for my 15 month old became ill and ultimately hospitalized, my husband and I took turns staying home from work. When it became clear my mom would need some time to recover, I finally decided to take a chance on the backup daycare benefit my employer provides. My daughter has a very set routine at home and attends multiple classes throughout the week, and I was really nervous about disrupting that and leaving her in the care of strangers in an unfamiliar environment. Nerissa, the assistant director was so welcoming and encouraging about the transition and really put my mind at ease. My daughter is doing amazing adjusting to this temporary change and I know she is safe and stimulated developmentally throughout the day with lots of fun activities. It's very clear the staff care about the children and their well being and enjoy coming to work each day. Special thanks to the staff I have interacted with who have helped make this such a positive experience for my family and I- Nerissa, Daphne, Tanya, Mark, Guilia, Olesya, and anyone else who greeted us with a warm welcome or spent time with my daughter at any point during the days she has been there. If we ever find ourselves in search of a full time childcare center, Bright Horizons at Wilton will be our first consideration!

  My baby has been in Bright Horizon @Wilton for a month, and she laughed a lot in the center, so happy everyday. Not only that, she had her first art show in the center, first dance party, first karaoke party, a lot of first. Unfortunately I have to re-locate, I tried to look for Bright Horizon Centers in Penfield, or Pittsford, or Fairport or Rochester, NY, but there isn't one. So unfortunate. Why Bright Horizon cannot setup a center in Rochester area in upstate NY? I really love this center, I care a lot about my baby’s early education, and this center is beyond my expectations and my baby learnt a lot here. Teachers taking care of her so nice. I would like to use this opportunity to express my sincere thanks!
