- DDDanielaApr 18, 20261.0I am genuinely surprised by the high rating of this center, as our experience was consistently disappointing. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels chaotic and poorly managed. The classrooms are small and did not appear clean or well maintained, which was concerning on a daily basis. The professionalism and engagement from staff were also lacking. Several teachers appeared disengaged and distracted, and there was a noticeable absence of warmth, attentiveness, and overall care. Communication was minimal, and it often felt like there was little accountability or structure within the center. My son attended for approximately six months, and throughout that time, we never felt confident in the level of care being provided, he cried every single day during drop off. We finally got out of the waitlist for another school and couldn't leave fast enough!
