We absolutely love it here! All of the teachers and director are great with my child. The same teachers have been there since my child started in 2024. She is currently still enrolled and getting help preparing for kindergarten. They know my child very well, and I look forward to hearing about her day at pick up. Each week she takes part in a cooking class which is the highlight of her week! I highly recommend this daycare, they are caring, nurturing and have always had my child's best interests in mind. Very happy with the app communications, and phone communications as well.

My daughter went here for 2 days this spring, as I was training for a position at a different Kindercare. The first day was great, the teachers in there were very caring with her and she was only about 7 months only at the time. The second day, random teachers seemingly were thrown in there, and there was poor communication about her feeding needs between teachers. I checked on her several times throughout the day, but this particular time was lunch time (about 5 hours after she had gotten there) and saw the teachers feeding the other babies in high chairs, but leaving my daughter in the corner to cry. She had not been given her breakfast that was packed, and now was not being given lunch either. They claimed they “did not know”, despite it being clearly labeled and in the fridge. I picked up my daughter, and then saw a bite mark on her hand, with several teeth, that being from a likely 18 month old toddler (too old to be in the infant room as it is supposed to go up to 15 months). The staff in the room did not even know it happened, despite my daughter screaming on the floor. When I brought this to the attention of the assistant director, she apologized. The next day, the director said that I did not fill out the form about her food needs so that is why she was never fed (was not provided or told about this form), and then essentially called me a liar. There are no cameras in the facility, so there’s no proof of my story. But as someone who has worked in several daycares over the last 8 years, I can assure you this is the most unsafe and poorly run daycare I have ever seen. I reported them to the department of early childhood, but as someone who’s worked in daycares, it is easy to quickly run and inform your staff that they are in the building so that they are on their best behavior, so I am not shocked that nothing was found after my report. I encourage you to find a different daycare, one with cameras and trustworthy administrators. We are both at a smaller daycare with cameras now, and she is much safer and the staff is actually held accountable when things go wrong.

We have had a wonderful experience with KinderCare in Wallingford over the past two months since our little one started attending at 11 months old. As first-time parents, finding a daycare where we feel comfortable and confident leaving our now 12-month-old was so important to us, and we are very happy with the care and attention our child receives each day.
A special thank-you to Rachel, Michelle, and Brianna for all the love, care, and effort they put into creating such a fun and engaging environment for the children. We especially appreciate the creative activities, songs during circle time, and all the little things they do to make each day enjoyable and enriching. It is clear how much thought and care go into keeping the children engaged, learning, and growing.
We also love receiving updates through the app throughout the day! The pictures are such a highlight and give us a glimpse into all the fun our little one is having. We really appreciate the detailed updates about diaper changes, meals and the food provided, and the daily activities. These updates give us peace of mind and help us feel connected to our child’s day, even when we are at work.
We are so grateful to have found a daycare with such attentive staff who make us feel informed and reassured that our little one is being well cared for. Thank you to the entire KinderCare team for everything you do. We truly appreciate you all and look forward to watching our little one continue to learn, grow, and thrive with you!

Love this daycare. Enrolled my oldest after she turned 1 and she has flourished. Now at almost 3 she’s learned phonics, some Spanish and even basic sign language. This place truly makes you and your children feel like family. Once I had my second it was a no brainer enrolling her here too! Ms Sandra is the GOAT truly loves her job and all the children. My oldest really loves her too. Can’t forget about Ms Rachel with my infant. Very pleasant and bubbly and always wants to hold my baby. Honorable mention Ms Debbie always says hi and loves my girls too. Not once have I ever felt that I should consider other places. If I could keep my girls here forever I would without a doubt.
