  Tried calling for an appt for a family member several times. Made a virtual appt for today, January 10 at 5:30 3 weeks ago. No zoom, no phone call, nothing… called twice the day of appt (today) and left 2 messages. It’s now 8:00 at night and no return call. It’s a good thing it wasn’t urgent!

  From my personal experience so far, as I have seen Ellice at this location only for about a month now. Is that she is great. Without getting too personal, she has listened to me, given me options for treatment, and has pretty much hit the nail on the head when giving me the answers I need. I go twice a week now. My only hang up when first seeing the office, is that it is on the smaller side, and the phone goes to voicemail most of the time. But the therapists work with you, giving you their direct business line if your comfortable with that so you can reach your person directly and they will get back to you. I have found it more personable then my past therapist offices.
