  If I could rate this place a 0 I indeed would. My two kids attended for a few months. It was horrible for them. My daughter got a uti due to their carelessness with assisting in potty training. consistently came home dirty. No updates on toileting after continuous requests. The boys and girls go to the bathroom together but when I toured it was stated that they had separate bathrooms. My kids were continuously coming home with runny noses and coughs but as soon as they were kept home for a few days they were fine. My other child would continuously come home w food stuck into his clothes hair and face. He was not eating each time he would attend and would cry every single time. Consistently. My daughter came home shortly after starting stating someone was hitting her. And to put the icing on the cake they have hired a worker who is a bottle girl posting exposing herself on social medias. Personally that is not someone I would want around my children. Overall a horrible experience and I would not recommend to any parent. I personally believe it is extremely overpriced for the care provided as well. Continuously understaffed and asking parents to keep kids home.

  Our family has had the pleasure of being a part of Kindercare of Torrington for over a year now, and we couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful care and attention our son receives from the staff and teachers, especially his current teachers Miss Annemarie and Miss Olivia. From the very beginning, they have shown nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine concern for every child's individual needs. It’s clear that they go above and beyond to ensure every child feels seen, valued, and loved. There are so many precious memories from the past year that it’s hard to pick just one. Whether it’s the way Miss Annemarie and Miss Olivia take the time to comfort our son when he’s feeling a bit uncertain or how they celebrate his milestones with such enthusiasm, they have created a warm and nurturing environment that feels like an extension of our own home. If you are a parent with a toddler, I can’t recommend Kindercare of Torrington highly enough. The team here fosters a perfect balance of education, play, and emotional support, making it an ideal place for young children to grow, learn, and thrive. Thank you, Kindercare of Torrington for everything you do!

  We are very happy with our daughter attending Torrington Kindercare. Her educators have been amazing and it is all ran very organized and transparent in communication. She has learned so much there and enjoys it as well.

  I wish I had an option to give NO STARS! My family has been discriminated against! My son was turned down because Barbara at Torrington kindercare is an atrocious, evil being. THIS DAYCARE IS CORRUPT & UNETHICAL! I will NOT take this lying down, Sorry Nobody and I mean NOBODY throws shade at MY CHILD and gets off without some serious repercussions. Mommas & dads BEWARE If thats the type of mentality and attitude they allow, I dont think you'd want to leave your child with them. Any parent new to this daycare thing would ask a million question and that is MY RIGHT as a mother seeking daycare. Barbarous Barbara seemed pissed off and annoyed that I was asking so many questions! My husband and I looked at eachother as we were walking out and both said " I dont think she liked us very much." She kept making excuses when we called to sign my son up and she finally said they have no openings.. wait what? YOU SAID YOU HAD PLENTY OF SPOTS BEFORE WE CAME FOR OUR TOUR! My friend warned me about them silly me I should've listened. lack of equality! Steer clear from cruddycare!
