Our son transitioned from a private at home daycare setting to BrightPath Oxford Child Care Center when he was a month shy of turning two. Instantly we were proactively given feedback by his teachers to help our son expand his speach as he was not speaking much at that time . The lack of communication from our son was causing him to have meltdowns, due to him not being able to express his emotions and he was not able to initiate play with his peers in a positive manner. The director Justina and our sons teachers Nicole and Rachel have done a fantastic job of communicating with us as well as helping us get resources to help our son expand his Speach and have more meaningful interactions daily with his peers. We are truly grateful for the support and encouragement our son receives daily and for the welcoming environment the center provides. Everyday we see our sons Speach expanding and we could not be happier . He is able to articulate his feelings and reaction in a positive manner to our feedback. We see so many improvements and we know it is due to the positive structure offered by the center. Thank you to the team at BrightPath Oxford.

Our son has been at Brightpath in Oxford since he was 4 months old. The staff are like family, and truly identify with and know each child individually and work with us to support our son over the past 4 years. We are greatful for their availability and openness to hear feedback, and trial strategies to best support our son and allow him to grow and explore.

We couldn’t be happier with the care our daughter has received here from the infant room through her transition into the toddler program. Watching her grow in such a loving, supportive environment has meant everything to our family.
From her very first days as an infant, the staff made us feel completely at ease. They were attentive, gentle, and truly tuned in to her needs. As she’s grown into a curious, energetic toddler, we’ve seen such beautiful progress in her confidence, communication, and social skills — and we know that’s because of the patience and dedication of her teachers.
The transition from infant to toddler care was handled so thoughtfully, and the consistency in care and communication has been amazing. The facility is always clean, organized, and full of engaging activities that help the children learn through play.
It gives us so much peace of mind knowing she is safe, happy, and genuinely loved every day. We are incredibly grateful for everything they do and highly recommend this daycare to any family looking for a nurturing, trustworthy place for their child.

We chose this center because of its corporate reputation and stated commitment to professionalism and inclusion. As the parent of a child with special needs, those promises mattered to us.
Unfortunately, our experience did not reflect that standard of care. On more than one occasion, I picked up my child and he was soaked through his clothing due to a heavily soiled diaper. Consistent hygiene and attentive supervision are basic expectations in any childcare environment and even more critical for children who may need additional support.
I was also concerned by the way some staff addressed toddlers. I personally observed raised voices being used in the classroom. Young children, particularly those with developmental differences, require patience, calm guidance, and appropriate behavioral support. The tone I witnessed did not align with what I would expect from a center that promotes trained staff and structured practices.
We ultimately made the difficult decision to withdraw our child because we no longer felt confident that his individual needs were being met consistently

Staff -
I love the expression, "It takes a village" BrightPath in Oxford is a true definition of that expression. The staff and director are absolutely amazing here. This was the first time my kids would be away from me, as I was a stay home Mom. Our first impression during our tour, absolutely blew my husband and I away. Justina, the director, answered ever question and concern we had. Our kids having been attending here since September 2024. Every morning our kids are greeted with such love and compassion from every single staff member in that building, wheather it's a teacher, director, administration, chef, ECT. Our kids are always addressed by name which really makes it feel like a family setting. One of my favorite things here is that you get updated pictures throughout the day of my kids. The actives they are doing, their food log, nap log, bathroom log and so much more. Really puts your mind at easy knowing what they are up to during the day. This village here at BrightPath is beyond exceptional. Truly our extended family.
Our Daughter -
Our daughter loves getting up and going to school. She talks about her friends and teachers. Since she's been going there, we have noticed a change at home. She's more independent, more helpful around the house and much more patient with waiting. BrightPath offers so many amazing extra activities. We recently signed up our daughter for the reading and writing program with Ms. Jasmine and she's already doing amazing. She now likes to help read her books at night. Her teachers always keep us informed on how her day was. I love that they message us directly with any good news or concerns. You can see how devoted they are.
Our Son -
I was extremely nervous about sending my son due to he's in the process of getting tested for autism. When he started back in September 2024 he wasn't really speaking yet, having meltdowns and other things. Ms. Tone and Ms. Adie are beyond amazing!!! Since in their care our son now sits at a table with us eating all meals. He now is speaking much more than before. He's learning how to calm himself down. He hasn't had a meltdown in a while. He's excelling so much since he's been at BrightPath. I love that his teachers are on top of everything and give me great advice for continuing what I can do at home to keep him on track. Honestly, I have no idea where he'd be at right now if it wasn't for them. I have learned so much from talking to Ms. Tone and Ms. Adie. I feel like they go above and beyond. It takes special people to do this type of work and I'm so grateful that my son has them.
I wish my kids could stay here forever at BrightPath. They are setting the bar extremely high. Thank you for all you do!!
