  My wife and I toured this daycare and were very impressed with the facility and staff. We visited three Bright Horizons locations in total, and this was definitely one of our favorites in terms of overall friendliness of staff and overall vibe. The main difference and ultimately one of the main reasons for us to pick a different location was the pricing structure. This location charges in hourly blocks (up to 4 hours, up to 8 hours, and 8+ hours), which was different from the other Bright Horizons centers we visited that charge a flat daily rate. Overall, I would still recommend this center especially if their pricing model works for your schedule. Otherwise, there are other Bright Horizons locations that offer a more traditional daily rate.

  Our family loves this facility! :-D Our toddler thrives here and loves the skilled and caring staff. We especially enjoy the summer water play days, sign language, and singing. I also really appreciate the holiday schedule: there have been many times where other childcare centers are closed but BHWC is open. The snow plow was out in full force last winter! I also applaud the way they have handled COVID protocols: consistently and compassionately. We love this place and highly recommend it. Thank you BH Team!

  I cannot say enough good things about BH Yale West. My daughter started at 3 months and I was so nervous to leave her. Thankfully there was no need as they took the best care of her and helped me out when I had no idea what I was doing. Now my daughter is 2 and loves going to school. They are super accommodating and understanding and the communication is excellent. They are great with the daily updates and photos, which I share with out of state family and they love it. When it comes to Covid precautions they have been beyond my expectations and it has been so reassuring. I have another baby coming who will be enrolled there and I am so relieved to have found a daycare I trust so much.

  My child attends Bright Horizons at Yale West Campus. He is my first child and I was very nervous about sending him to school and in a pandemic none the less. The amount of care, love, and attention to detail the teachers have given to my child over the last few months have been nothing short of amazing. I do not ever need to worry about his well being or safety while at school. He is thriving and learning more than ever. I would highly reccomend Bright Horizons at Yale West Campus to anyone that is looking for an childcare center to send their child. It is the best center out there hands down. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for my child.
