- AAAjana AlexisOct 2, 20261.0Ms.Monique, Ms.Shay & Ms.Katt Thank you for going above and beyond. These ladies always kept me well informed of my daughter’s progress and made me and my daughter feel at ease. Their Communication and awareness is top tier. You ladies are the definition of good leadership and I truly appreciate yall. These ladies are also very nice, pleasant and always kept a smile on their face. If the staff was more like these ladies, the school would definitely be better place. As for the other staff and director, I can not say the same. The director Megan, does not have a welcoming friendly vibe towards me. The other director Ketty, made me feel uneasy. And its seem as they don’t communicate well with their staffs about parents request/concerns. Soon as you enter the center, the staff are sitting down in the back on their phone and barely paying attention to the toddlers. Also it’s always a mess, with food on the floor and spills. I came to pick up my daughter one day and my daughter had her shoes on the wrong way. Instead of the staff correcting this, she informed me that my daughter didn’t want to put her shoes on the right way. I decided to remove my daughter from the school because of too many concerns. Also the outside of the school/playground were infested with lantern flies, which caused the kids to have to stay inside. I would not recommend parents to enroll their child at kindergarten care in New Haven.
- JNJimmy NeutronSep 12, 20251.0My godson went there recently and the staff lost or stole his shoes. I do not recommend sending your kids there looking nice or with good shoes on you may not get it back.
- NPNora ProopsMay 18, 20255.0My daughter loves going to school here- she has made wonderful relationships with the other children and teachers, who are always kind, patient, and dedicated. The directors are attentive, receptive, and communicative. I fully trust my child is receiving good care here.
- EGEvgeniya GelinMay 15, 20255.0My daughter goes to KinderCare in New Haven. She is thriving over there! The staff is amazing. Wonderful teachers: Ms. Brie, Ms. Charlie, Ms. Itzel, Ms. Megan [just naming teachers who provide care for kids in room where my daughter is] always engage children in learning activities, doing lots of crafts and always there to support your child. Director Ms. Marlene Galligan is wonderful too, she is very friendly, helpful and always ready to answer your questions and assist. I love that center is open 7 am to 6 pm, which provides families with much needed flexibility and accommodate a variety of parents' work schedules. Great place to grow and learn from infancy to preschool!
