She talks down to people. Hangs up the phone when you’re asking a question. Does not give full details about the client, so your blindsided of what your walking into. She should be reported, let alone fired on how she talks to people. When the caregivers or clients calls her. She never answer the phone or reply back to the messages on time. Very irresponsible person and makes the company look bad. This company is definitely not worth working for at all, even if you’re desperate for money!!!!!!
