  As a parent, choosing a daycare for your baby is one of the most nerve-wracking decisions you can make. Reading reviews from several years ago doesn’t always provide an accurate picture, so I wanted to share an updated review based on my experience. Overall, I am very pleased with the level of communication from both the director and the teachers. I especially love Miss Lily. It gives me great peace of mind knowing I can leave my son in a caring environment without worrying about whether the staff can properly handle and care for the children in their classroom. Of course, every business has room for improvement, but what stands out to me is knowing that I can bring concerns to the director and trust that they will be addressed professionally and in a timely manner. That level of responsiveness and support means a lot as a parent. I truly appreciate everyone who plays a part in making this a positive experience for my son and our family. Thank you all for your hard work, dedication, and care!

  We have had such an amazing experience with KinderCare! As a Dad of three children, I’ve experienced just about every part of this center—from trusting the infant teachers with my medically complex baby to now having a 7-year-old who still loves coming to the school-age program. Having a medically complex child makes leaving your baby in someone else’s care incredibly difficult. Our infant teachers have gone above and beyond to learn her individual needs, understand her routines and medical care, and make sure she is safe, loved, included, and treated just like every other baby in the room. The patience, communication, attention to detail, and genuine love they show her have given me a level of comfort that I cannot put into words. Knowing that she is with teachers who truly know her and love her makes all the difference. We have also been incredibly lucky to have amazing teachers throughout every stage and classroom. From the teachers who cared for my children as babies and toddlers, to their preschool teachers who helped prepare them for kindergarten, and now the school-age teachers who make my 7-year-old still WANT to come to KinderCare—each one has played a special role in our family's experience. What really makes this center special, though, is the entire staff. The teachers and management know our children, greet them by name, celebrate their accomplishments, support them through hard days, and genuinely care about our whole family. You can tell this isn't just a job for so many of them—they truly love the children they care for. When you have three children in childcare, you aren't just looking for a place to drop them off every day. You are trusting people with the most important parts of your life. This center has truly become part of our village, and I couldn't be more grateful for the teachers and staff who have loved, taught, supported, and cared for all three of my children over the years. From the infant room to school age, we couldn't ask for a better group of people to have alongside our family.

  We absolutely LOVE coming to daycare everyday our little bundle of joy has been attending HAMDEN LOCATION since he was 6 weeks old. He has grown drastically their over the last few months. The teachers at daycare have always welcomed him with open arms and have always greeted me with a smile when I arrive in the am at drop off. He LOVES Ms. Maria, Ms. Erin , Ms. Lilly and all the others that work in his classroom during the day. he looks forward to playing with his friends during the day. Daycare has worked very hard in helping him to meet his milestones such as sitting up, standing on his own. Encouraging him to eat new foods that he has grown to love. I love the fact that I am kept up to date with pictures and a schedule of how his day is going. We are looking forward to watching him continue and grow at daycare.

  My daughter started here at this location at the end of July & she has loved it ever since. Everyone there is so amazing with her & patient. Everyone is kind and friendly. They greet you every morning and say by ever time at pick up. Truly amazing !!!

  Our 3yo son has been here since he was 6 months old and they've been outstanding partners. They're caring, attentive and adapt to his changing needs over the years. They've also shared a lot of insight that's been really helpful to us as new parents. Can't recommend enough.
