This place is amazing, dedicated to God. & to respond to Megs comment the minors also perform baptisms for the dead.. I was baptized in place for others who were not able to recieve the gift of the Holy Spirit in their lifetime but someone loved them enough and felt PROMPTED enough to get baptized in place for them:). There are women, men, and children as young as 12 that have responsibilities to serve in the church at their own will, that are actually really fun especially when you know why they’re doing it & -being that I’ve held some of the responsibilities on and off when I’ve been worthy of holding a temple recommend, and worthy of being president or 2nd counselor as even a 14 year old..it taught me responsibility, morals, respect for myself, to hold myself to a high standard, and it was just a really moving humble experience.
